Porth Ewyn is a wonderful six bedroom holiday home located in Lon Isallt, Anglesey, just a stone's throw from the beach.

This slick property is ideal for a gathering of family and friends with its spacious living area and several well-kept bedrooms promising to make your trip unforgettable.

After your journey to your new abode, you will find the generous open-plan living space which offers everything the chef of the group needs to whip up their home-cooked meals before gathering round the dining table and reminiscing about the day's activities.

In the summer months, get your group outside and have yourselves a feast with the barbecue and wash it down with a glass of wine or an ice-cold beer.

As the sun starts to set, you can unwind by using the Smart TV to keep up with your favourite shows or take a hot soak in the bath to relax your muscles before heading to bed.

Once sleep starts to call you, the sophisticated bedrooms will see you to your rest before you take on the next day's adventures.

Once everyone is settled in, there are a host of local attractions such as Porth Dafarch offering scenic views of the cliffs, Holyhead Golf Club for any sporty ones in the group and the local Inn at the Bay for some delicious pub grub.

Further out, but still accessible by car, is the Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path, Breakwater Country Park and Holyhead Breakwater Lighthouse which is a great spot for a coastal walk.

If you find your way to Bangor there is also plenty on offer with Garth Pier, the pretty Treborth Botanic Garden and views of the dramatic Menai Suspension Bridge, which dates back to 1826 and is illuminated at night.

Treat your whole group to this delightful opportunity by booking your stay at Porth Ewyn.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £500.

About the location

TREARDDUR BAY

Holyhead 2 miles.

Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island. It’s truly beautiful - a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches (European Blue Flag). Watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the excellent Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. It’s a great place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay itself and nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina, the world’s second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry. The Maritime Museum in Holyhead has an excellent cafe and the beautiful Holyhead Breakwater Country Park has walks for you to enjoy. Further afield there is the stunning Newborough with its excellent woodland and beach and Beaumaris with its town and castle. A great location with plenty to see and do!
