    "Floor in the first bathroom a little dangerous."

    Step as you go in needs to be a different colour tile, couple of people fell down it. They didn't realise it was a step. Hooks on the wall in the bathroom to put towel and clothes on,while in the shower.

    "We had a fabulous stay."

    The whole family enjoyed it. There were enough beds for us all and the property had everything we needed and it was lovely and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The only issue was two tin openers that didn’t work. The pictures of the garden showed furniture for sitting on the patio. There was furniture on the deck outside the sitting room but nothing in the garden. We wanted to use the BBQ but there was nowhere to sit plus the patio area was dirty (possibly from spilt food or drink from previous guests) which was attracting lots of flies. Non of these things were major issues and we would definitely stay again. Thank you :)

    "We had a lovely short stay here, 3 adults and 4 children."

    The house was immaculate, well stocked with everything you could need for your stay and we all slept really well. Brilliant location, less than 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach, with a pub and shop closer still. Street parking was fine and both cars were able to park outside. We would absolutely stay again.

The property

Maes Y Ffynnon is a three-storey property nestled in the heart of Nefyn, Gwynedd.

Just a short distance from the beach and benefitting from an enclosed garden with furniture, Maes Y Ffynnon is a wonderful escape for group of nine guests and their canine companion.

After a day of exploring, kick back in the leather settees and switch on the Smart TV, catching up on your favourite shows.

Cross over into the kitchen and get to work on a home-cooked dish, making use of the integrated appliances, before serving up at the dining table and toasting to a much-needed escape.

Patio doors lead out to a decked area with furniture, or follow the steps down and along a passageway to reach the enclosed garden, finished with artificial grass, outdoor seating and lighting throughout, providing a lovely space to entertain into the evening.

Head upstairs to the first-floor, housing two bedrooms including a king-size and a family room with twin and bunk beds, serviced by a shower room.

Up another flight of stairs leads to the second-floor, where you can discover a king-size with zip/link beds and a single, along with a further contemporary shower room.

Each of the bedrooms are finished in neutral tones and come with wall-mounted Smart TVs so you can continue your favourite shows to bed.

There are a selection of nearby convenience stores where you can stock up on supplies, along with the Tafarn Yr Helier that serves traditional pub fare for when you fancy a break from cooking.

Pwllheli 7 miles; Snowdonia 25 miles.

The pretty coastal town of Nefyn sits atop sweeping cliffs on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula, and features a fine two mile stretch of sandy beach, popular with families. The town offers a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and is within reach of the amenities of the popular towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch. The coastline around this region is dotted with castles and coves, while fishing, sailing and water sports are all available. The Snowdonia National Park is 25 miles away, with its dramatic scenery and abundance of superb walks. With its proximity to such a wide range of destinations, Nefyn makes a superb base for a break.
