  • "I have stayed there before, and would happily do so again."

The only negative is the limited parking.

  • "We was fine with it being a studio flat as we normally in a motor home xx but it was so uncomfortable my friend slept in the floor."

The toilet roll was very cheap and only one we had to go and buy our own. Couldn't fault anything else

  • "Read a lot of negative feedback, wasn’t sure what to expect, all the negativity was unfounded in our case."

Plenty of towels for our use, sofa bed extremely easy to put up and with the memory foam topper was very comfortable, plenty of cleaning products for our use. Parking in the courtyard was fantastic. Location amazing, a really lovely

  • "Really nice comfortable accommodation and close to so many shops and things to do."

Very nice and scenic area. Had a lovely time. Would definitely recommend and would return again.

  • "Situated perfectly, off road parking a bonus."

Views were great but most of the time there was a car or van parked outside window so no view which was disapointing. Only one bath and one hand towel each for the week so had to buy some towels this was a first for us. One very cheap and nasty toilet roll, only one saucepan. The main problem was the sofa bed having to struggle to put mattress topper on as quite heavy, such a hassle so just left bed made up all the time . The owner should really invest in a good quality sofa bed which would make peoples stay a lot easier.

  • "Having read some reviews we were a little concerned about the sleeping arrangements."

The sofa bed now has a good quality mattress topper so the bed was comfortable, for the older traveller the bed is a little difficult to get in and out of. The situation of the property is right on the harbour and the off road parking is good. A word of warning if you have a bigger car take a wide run at the entrance as we managed to scrape the side of our car on the first attempt!

  • "Lovely little apartment in an excellent location, right on the water front."

Pleasantly furnished. Had practically everything we needed, and all appliances worked. Great shower, and bed was comfortable, once we’d set it up. If you’re visiting, you might want to take a shaving adapter and an ice cube tray.

  • "The Sofa Bed should be advertised as such and should be in our opinion made up not packed away as the first thing anyone has to do is make up the bed ready for the evening a better intinery would be a proper bed a two seater sofa and a smaller table and chairs the cottage is only for two people anyway, also anyone that's going take some toilet paper as the one roll of the cheapest one provided will only last a short period."

The location is very good for all amenities

  • "Great stay at Cornhill Courtyard, sofa bed very comfortable, kitchen had all we needed apart from a private chef."

Very quiet at night, off street parking a boon, ideally situated for shops and a good base for exploring this part of Wales and all it has to offer. Would strongly recommend this apartment, superb for us two and our black lab Thea. Thank you for the experience

  • "We appreciate during these trying times that your resources may be stretched however we did not feel comforted that our holiday (that we booked before the pandemic) would actually go ahead."

When we logged into to try and change the dates we were not able to do so and we felt your guidance on the website was somewhat lacking in clarity. The emails we received from you prior to our holiday were contradictory and confusing. We contacted the key holder directly for more clarification. The apartment itself was in a fantastic location which was easy to find. We appreciated the parking spot too. The people staying in the apartment above us (also part of your collection) were extremely noisy, especially during the evenings. We could hear every single step, their conversations and their tv. They might not have been aware of how loud they were being so perhaps a polite notice would benefit future guests. The washing machine in the kitchen needs properly securing as it migrated across the floor when in use. We had to push it back several times.
