Great location for access to shops and bars and train station and a fantastic flat but needs attention to cleanliness and needs new settee as it's very stained and tried the toilet is still leaking like it was when we visited in may.
Just needs upgrades in bathroom and seating.
Location great, needs attention to some areas of the property, access to the flat needs attention the alleyway is full of rubbish and uneven.
Bathroom needs attention toilet had a small leak at the back and shower pressure was very weak. But overall it's a nice flat with fantastic access to the train station and in the heart of the town centre.
The flat is in a central location convenient for shops, amenities etc.
It's modern, pretty comfortable and reasonably well equipped although the kitchen is very basic and the shower lacks power. I have seen previous references to the cupboard in the bathroom and the extractor fan over the cooker which still doesn't work which shows that the owner is not reacting to customer feedback. The biggest drawback is the entrance from the road. The courtyard area is unsightly and needs tidying of the weeds, the steps need a good clean and the bins are overflowing. There's no guidance in the welcome emails on when the bins are collected. The picture in the property description of the outside belies its current condition. I would also draw attention to the incorrect information in the advance Sykes email about the nearby car park. You can park for 4 hours free and it operates 8am to 11pm rather than to 5pm. This effectively means you have to pay each day of your stay.
