Description
Cerrig is a holiday house nestled on the west coast of Anglesey, close to Rhoscolyn. It has ample grounds, a lovely sun terrace and fab views over countryside towards Rhoscolyn Bay. Cerrig is the ideal holiday house for friends and families wanting to go on holiday together to relax and enjoy each others company. The kitchen has everything you need - an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.
The open plan sitting and dining room has sofas and chairs set around an open fire, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The dining table to one side of the room has chairs to seat up to eight people. There is a double room on the ground floor with a king sized bed. The second bedroom on this floor is a twin room. The bathroom on the ground floor has a bath, shower, loo and wash hand basin.
On the first floor there is a landing area that acts as a fun space for children to relax with bean bags, TV and a variety of games.
The bedrooms on the first floor consist of two doubles.
The shower room on the first floor has a walk in shower, loo and wash hand basin.
The garden is huge and left purposefully natural which is in keeping with the area in which this holiday cottage sits. The sun terrace is a sweet sun trap so sit out here with your evening glass of wine. There is a small pond, too. Ample parking is available. A pleasant 15 minute stroll will find you on the beach where you can swim, relax, build sandcastles or play some cricket! A walk will also take you to The White Eagle, a renowned gastro pub. If you want a more adventure-filled break, make the most of the kayaking, coasteering and watersports activities on offer here. There are walks along the coastal path, cycle routes, attractions and so much more to keep you fulfilled. Cerrig is ideal for a fun family seaside break on Anglesey.

What guests are saying
Dining table seemed very sticky no matter how many times it was wiped.
Seat pads for the dining chairs would be a good idea.
This was my third visit.
The cottage has everything you need and is so comfortable. Perfect for a quiet break with wonderful walks on the doorstep.
It's a lovely spot, and we have been to cerrig several times, so it's obvious we like it.
It's mostly the location, peaceful and quiet. However, the garden is becoming more overgrown with large trees and gorse. The inside has the same furniture as when we first stayed, and is adequate but not incredibly comfortable, (hard wooden chairs at the dining table which is losing its veneer). All the same, we'll probably come back again, so take from this what you will.
