Plas Gwylan is a delightful holiday home situated near the beach in the Rhosneigr area of the Isle of Anglesey, within the stunning Anglesey Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
With ample off-road parking for ten cars welcoming two well-behaved pets, and plenty of amenities it's perfect for large families or friend groups seeking a coastal retreat.
Upon entering the property, you'll find a spacious ground floor hosting five bedrooms; two doubles, each boasting an en-suite with walk-in showers, and three twin rooms, one of which also benefits from an en-suite with a bathroom.
A convenient wet room is also located on this floor, perfect for washing off sandy toes after a day at the beach.
The ground floor also houses a utility room, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a relaxing sitting room with a Smart TV and ample seating, providing a warm spot for everyone to gather and unwind.
From here, you can step out into the enclosed garden, where you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining on the patio furniture or simply relax on the lawn.
Ascend to the first floor to discover a well-equipped and stylish kitchen/diner, perfect for preparing delicious meals to be enjoyed together.
Another sitting room can be found on this floor, complete with a Smart TV and an abundance of seating, including sofas and armchairs, making it an ideal space for everyone to relax and enjoy some downtime.

Beautiful house, we had an very good stay for my wifes 40th celebrations the house was spotless and had everything we needed, and was even bigger and more spacious than on the pics, the rooms were very nice we had the master room upsatirs, and the views were stunning across to snowdonia as the weather was great.
Perfect for our party of 18, and would highly recommend, only criticism was the cutlery took some finding in the kitchen!!
We had a big family weekend at Plas Gwylan - 20 of us.
Absolutely perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. The house was bright and airy, clean and warm. Fabulous large kitchen/diner and a great games room. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms - towels are not included but we knew this in advance. Can absolutely recommend for a big family group. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook.
The house was all we could have wished for , spacious, clean, a huge kitchen with everything you could need to cater for a big party .
The play room with table tennis , snooker and table football was a huge success with adults and children alike . And of course it was close by to beautiful beaches . We didn’t use the car all week.

Note: Towels are not provided the owners can rent in towels at an extra charge, should you prefer, the supplier will need at least three weeks’ notice please advise on booking.
Note: Please ensure children and dogs are supervised at all times, please keep dogs off the furniture.
Note: Please inform us of any breakages or damages during your stay as soon as possible so that repairs or replacements can be put in hand straight away.

Note: For continuation of good relations with the neighbouring community, we are keen that we make it clear that it’s a house for family and friends gatherings who are resident in the house and NOT for loud parties, nor extra guests/visitors during your stay, we have a house rule that after 11.00pm no one is to be out on the rear deck, in the garden or terrace and that all windows are closed so that our neighbours are not disturbed.
