The Herun, from the moment we opened the front door and stepped in, we loved it.

It has everything you could possibly need in that cracking kitchen. The space was brilliant for our nephew (who is in a wheel chair).Only one small thing would definitely improve the Herun, would be a ramp into the cottage. It would be a 6 stars from us. Thank you to Chris and Gail, we have found a Gem, we will be booking for next year xx

The Herun always feels like home from home for us on each and every time we have stayed.

There is nothing that you may need that is not there. The master bed is extremely comfortable which as one of us has a back issue, is amazing.

Perfect place to stay, architecturaly beautiful and has everything you could possibly need.

The major draw for me was the hot tub and I was not disappointed. Weather was good but the one day it rained I still got in the hot tub and warmed up in front of a blazing log fire. The garden was perfect for my Patterdale particularly due to the puppy fences meaning I could see her at all times from the hot tub. Great amount of storage throughout the house. 5 minute walk to one of the beaches and of course all the fabulous eateries, award winning chippy and bars. 10 minute walk in the opposite direction brings you to the Oyster Catcher with breathtaking views and great food. I will definitely be returning next year. Loved it.
