What a great find.

We struggled to find a property to sleep our family of 11 with parking for 3 vehicles but this one ticked all of the boxes. The property was clean and very well equipped and an added extra of a games room which the kids loved and the views from the property were fantastic. The owner Craig was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend this property.

Had a great week staying at The Willows.

Property was as listed. Lovely and relaxing to wake up to the view everyday. Was safe to let our two dogs out to roam around. Bar, games room and singing machine provided lots of fun. Hot tub was amazing after a long walk. Craig on hand if we needed him. Fabulous location to meet up with extra family members. Definitely one to return to.

Craig was available throughout the booking for any questions we had.

He gave us a full run through at the beginning and made the experience easy. Beautiful views, easy walk into Llangollen. We loved it.

My family and I had a great time at the Willows to celebrate my daughters birthday.

The games room and hot tub proved to be very popular. Indeed it was very hard to get people out of them to go and visit the local attractions. Communications with Craig were easy and prompt and he even went out of his way to arrange for me to get a puncture fixed at a local garage. The Willows is highly recommended for groups of family or friends just don’t expect to see much of the surrounding area.

Fabulous location, convenient for Llangollen and the surrounding area which is beautiful for walking.

The accommodation is spacious and with its own bar and games room, there's plenty to do on rainy days. Lovely enclosed garden and the views are something else. Ideal for all generations and perfect for dogs. Communication with our host was excellent too, so if we'd had any problem, which we didn't, it was easy to get in touch.

The Willows was the best place we have stayed by far.

It was amazing, from the bungalow itself, offering everything we needed and more.The communication with the owner was fantastic, explaining everything to us at the start of our stay, always prompt with replies to any queries before we went. The views are stunning, we had the best time and will definitely be back again.

Plenty of facilities and games available for entertainment along with the outside hot tub. Great location with amazing views. Highly recommend. Host was very receptive to feedback which was great.

Very special place.

The views are spectacular. The house has everything and more. Arriving to milk, bread, wine and biscuits was lovely. Very secure for our dog who absolutely loved it too. As a family we have thoroughly enjoyed everything The Willows has to offer.

A great place to stay - the view immediately hits you .

We dug in for a week with food and drink and different family members over different days. We didn't need to venture out much. The facilities and space give good harmony. The outdoor and indoor space is fantastic - the BBQ area and Games room are fantastic. It's well worth a visit and will not disappoint.

The property has something to offer all ages. We've just returned after celebrating birthdays with all the family. The games room is fabulous. The owner is so helpful and just a text message away. Definitely will be returning for another visit

Children loved the games room! Owner was helpful and very accommodating to our requests.

From start to finish this was a perfect stay.

The hosts had great communication and were always on hand to answer any of our questions. The place itself is everything you could hope for, for a weekend away with friends or family. We came for a family birthday. We will be returning as soon as we can to soak up those views and have some beers in the bar. Thanks again

The property was amazing, the pictures did not do this house justice absolutely amazing, 3 families with kids aged from 2 to 15 loved everything The property owner Craig offered great advice of the area and very discreetly took care of the jacuzzi 10/10

Beautiful property and location.

Some confusion about cost of hot tub (Sykes error which the owner sorted out quickly). Excellent facilities and the games room was well used! Only thing missing was a hairdryer... Would 100% stay here again and we are already planning to come back in summer.

We have just got back from this amazing cottage and would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

It’s great for family get togethers or groups of friends for those special occasions. The karaoke in the bar was a real highlight for all of us and the hot tub is awesome. The rooms are beautiful and all the beds including the pull out beds are very comfortable. Waking up to that gorgeous view is something you could never tire of. I was completely impressed with the customer service from Craig who owns the property, who was very helpful with any queries we had; and upon arrival, provided us with milk, toilet roll and two bottles of wine! We were a group of 12 and we were all sad to leave but we have all vowed to come back again soon. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Absolutely beautiful property with amazing views .

The owners met us on arrival was friendly and very welcoming . The house is very spacious and the layout well thought of . Thought of everything to keep you busy and entertained from the bar area , to the games room/ entertainment area karaoke, tv on each room , a great hot tub. The grounds is nice and spacious and nice and tidy . The only downside is not easy to find , my suggestion will be maybe to put a board next to the road stating the property name . Also as you enter the property grounds its a bit of a dip right in the beginning of the entrance pls take it slow with your vehicle if you drive a low vehicle . I highly recommend this property and will definitely return in the future . Nice quiet private area . Not to far from the local village as well . The best place we’ve stayed so far, I would highly recommend, I would definitely book to stay here again, it has everything you need under one roof, hot tub, games room, multiple bathrooms, very spacious, bbq, firepit, bar, kareoke & pet friendly.

The owner of the property was so helpful & friendly, he showed us round the property on the day of arrival and anything we wasn’t sure of he was only a txt away, absolutely loved this place, we didn’t want to leave.
