A beautiful flat, very comfortable and well equipped.

Our suggestions would be to move the sofa in front of the television -we would have done this ourselves but it was too heavy. And an information folder would be useful.

Really enjoyed our week at this property.

On the third floor and very quiet. The lift was very useful for heavy items. The apartment contained all we needed and in good order. The sofa was so comfortable to relax on after a hard days walking. Would certain stay again if available.

Really spacious feel and when we moved the lovely sofa opposite the TV screen it was good to relax after long hiking days.

We had all the equipment we needed to self cater and the view from the window across the marina and to the sunset each evening was delightful. Only negative was that there was no welcome folder so we had to guess how to use everything and what to do with the rubbish. We did have to search the internet just to get the hob to work.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the whole apartment felt modern and well looked after. The location was excellent, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. It was also very quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for unwinding after a long day. The host was very helpful and communication was great from start to finish. Check-in was simple and everything was exactly as described. Overall, a brilliant stay and I would definitely book here again in the future.

Had everything we needed.

I had an excellent month-long stay at Apartment 16.

Both the check-in and check-out process was very easy. The apartment is beautifully laid out and came very clean, and had a very well-equipped kitchen with good quality appliances and all the dishware items I could need. Also came equipped with lots of other amenities like drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, smart TV, etc. Bed was extremely comfortable. The block itself was very nice, with a large parking space, and being on the 3rd floor with only one other property meant it was mostly quiet. Some small downsides was that the bedroom didn’t get much natural light (although it was November), and the slanted ceilings meant that I bumped my head on the ceiling if I went too close to the edge of the room, which might be a problem if you’re very tall. However, this isn’t in the control of the owners, who were nothing but hospitable, and I had an absolutely lovely stay

A great location for couples to explore Anglesey and Snowdonia.

The apartment was clean, modern and spacious and given our age, the use of the lift to access the top floor was a bonus. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

The location was ideal for exploring North Wales and Anglesey and there was a cafe and pub within walking distance. Would definitely recommend. Also thanks to the owners for the Welsh cakes and milk - very much appreciated after travelling for a few hours.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well kept.

It would be useful to have a dressing table with a mirror. Just a couple of other comments: the bathroom door catches on the carpet runner in the hall and the living room door squeaks. It is in a very convenient location for touring Snowdonia and Anglesey, we had plenty of places to visit during our stay.

Apartment 16 was really nice, smart, clean and well equipped.

Big problem though in that there were NO Instructions for the appliances. We don't have a smart TV st home so found it very difficult without Instructions, usually provided in all the Sykes places we have stayed.Same story with the dishwasher a different make to ours at home. I did try to contact sykes with no joy. I must say we could have used the time spent on puzzling out the appliances much more usefully. The place itself was lovely,handy for where we were visiting.

The flat matches the photos and description.

It is clean and modern in design. However, it is worth noting that the sloping ceilings in the bedroom and kitchen/living area are not suitable for tall people like myself and this caused some limitations. The lights are excessively bright in the living area and dining area which is uncomfortable and there are no lamps as an alternative. The ceiling fan in the bathroom and the fridge are loud making it difficult to relax. The apartment got very hot in my stay from the weather as it’s on the top floor and there is no air conditioning which also made it uncomfortable. There is also no power outlets in the bathroom which was disappointing in not being able to use appliances. I could also hear lots of noise from the other apartments and there is not good insulation or sound proofing at the property. I would not stay here again.

So pleased with the apartment.

Very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable with a lovely view of the harbour. The apartment had everything we needed, the owners had left a fruit cake, tea, coffee, sugar and milk which was very welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Great 4 days spent at the flat.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable holiday accomodation. Good location for exploring Anglesey and North Wales, parking spot was ideal. Really quiet neighbours and lovely views down to the boats and across to Anglesey. Amazing cafe called The Swellies and the Garddfon Inn was extremely good, with the Chinese takeaway very reasonable too. Welcome pack of milk and Welsh cakes gratefully received after drive over , only one mention is a folder of the usual holiday accomodation information would be useful.

We loved it, the apartment is beautiful! Super spacious, modern and great for couples or people with a baby like us. Being from Anglesey originally and coming up to visit family regularly this apartment has now become our favourite place. It is in a fantastic location right in the middle of all the exciting things, beautiful scenery and great places to eat and drink locally. We will definitely be returning! Recommend going to Llofft and Garddfon Inn for food just be sure to book!

The flat is well situated for the port, local services and public transport for travel to surrounding places.

The accommodation is well kept, well furnished and great for singles and couples. We had a lovely time and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

A really beautiful apartment, really clean, comfy, everything you need for your holiday.

Well equiped, warm and a lovely view of the marina. We would definately stay there again and it was a good price. We were there for 7 nights from 21-28 of June 2025cleanest apartment we have ever stayed in.

Everything was clean, tidy and well-maintained.

Location was good and local pubs hidden away behind the property near the maina area were also worth a visit. Would suggest mentioning recommended eateries locally in notes in the property if you know of any. Dylan's and the Victoria Hotel over Menai bridge are particularly good.

It was so lovely to stay in such a beautiful apartment.

It was so clean. It was also nice to have such a high standard of crockery, cutlery and appliances. I really appreciate owners who provide the basics such as coffee, tea, milk and hand soap etc. The Bara Brith was delicious. My only minor feedback would be that the freezer could do with a quick defrost. The drawers were very difficult to open and I didn't want to force them. Secondly the main door to the building was very difficult to open with the key. That said we would really recommend apartment 16. It was stunning.

I found this property to be well equipped and spacious with a wonderful level of light in the living area.

The lift was well maintained and made it easy for getting up to the 3rd floor. The parking space was a good size and easy to manoeuvre in and out of. Directions for getting to the property and collection of the key were spot on. The only things I thought were missing were liners for the food waste caddy and a bread knife - not easy to cut my crusty loaf with a smooth knife. But there were a lot of extras supplied like tea and coffee, hand wash, bin bags, spare loo roll, dish washer tablets. Lots of crockery, glasses and cutlery meant that I didn’t need to put the dishwasher on every day. The pint of milk and loaf of bara brith was a lovely welcome gift. This property is in a good location for visiting Anglesey and other areas of North Wales without too much driving. I would be very happy to book it again if I was looking for a holiday in the same area.

Lovely spacious modern apartment, cosy & perfect for a couple.

Very quiet neighbours. Without a lift we wouldn’t have booked this, but because there is one we were able to stay here (husband has limited mobility). Cracking view from the living room, over the Marina. Really nice bedding & linens - such a comfortable bed! The appliances are all good quality. The heating system is easy to operate and very effective: one control for the bedroom, the other for the rest of the apartment. (The heated towel rail in the bathroom works from the bedroom control). There was a nice welcome pack of a pint of milk & a loaf of Bara Brith, plus there’s tea, coffee and sugar in tins. I’d taken with me washing powder, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, toilet rolls & kitchen roll, but these were already provided - a really nice touch! Plenty of utensils and super sharp, good quality knives. A tea towel is provided in the kitchen, & nice quality towels for the bathroom, plus a bath mat. Hairdryer in the bedroom. Drying rack in the bedroom cupboard, & vacuum cleaner in the hall cupboard. Recycling bags provided, & bins located in the car park, although I couldn’t find the outside bin for the food waste. We weren’t very happy with the lock on the front door. There was no chain on it (broken off) and no bolt to draw across. The extractor fan in the bathroom is powerful but consequently very loud! The shape of the apartment’s ceiling meant I bumped my head a few times, for example in the bedroom where the chest of drawers is, but I soon learned to be careful! The pretty carpet runner in the hallway was a nuisance - the bathroom door snagged on it a lot as it opens outwards. The kitchen could perhaps do with an extra cupboard for food storage, but we just moved some crockery from the cupboard so we could put our food there, and left some out on the surfaces/table. All in all, a very pleasant stay. We really liked Apartment 16, and in spite of those few ‘niggles’ we recommended it to my sister.

We recently stayed for 4 nights.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Although we brought some items of our own for example, kitchen roll and washing up liquid, there was no need as these items had already been provided. Thank you for leaving us milk and the Bara Brith was delicious. We would definitely stay again and have already recommended the apartment to friends and family

Well maintained clean property but facilities provided can be updragedlile simply providing some toiletries tissue paper kitchen towels etc

It was a fabulous apartment, could not find any faults whatsoever, comfortable and perfectly equipped.

However it would have been nice to thank the owners in a visitors book but I couldn't find one. Could you let them know we had a perfect stay. many thanks

Apartment 16 was really lovely and contributed to an excellent holiday.

The apartment was clean, modern, spacious, well equipped with good quality equipment. Of great importance was that the bed was very comfortable. The holiday was based around visiting the mountains around Snowdonia and the apartment was very well located to achieve that. Y Felinheli is a nice village, with reasonable facilities and is well located for access to big supermarkets. The apartment deserves a 5* rating and my only comment would be recommend that more information is made available regarding the operation of some of the equipment (e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and TV), plus more information on the waste disposal and recycling arrangements.

Lovely apartment and great location Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed, good onsite parking and the Welcome pack was a nice touch.

So relaxing and quiet, we hope to return later this year. Only thing missing was an information sheet with alarm test time, recycling information etc.

Clean, well maintained and very comfortable. I would definitely stay again to visit more of the fabulous castles and gardens within easy reach. Y Garddfon pub/bistro located in the village has fantastic food, welcoming staff and a great atmosphere. Well worth a visit or three!

Excellent apartment, well located for exploring this part of Wales.

Surprisingly spacious although sloping ceilings limit use in some areas. Good on site parking. Although most things were obvious, some basic instructions on use of microwave, heating, and refuse disposal arrangements would have helped on arrival. Nevertheless we thoroughly enjoyed the week and would happily return.

Fantastic apartment, clean, tidy, lovely furnishings a credit to the owner(s), it was a home away from home, we will be back.

Was super cosy with the tree lights on and was a warm welcome indeed. Great facilities and everything you need (lovely soft duvet). The new thermostats a good improvement too. Will be back!

Perfect base for adventures in the area

The property was nice with a good location, Just 2 things the quality of the towels could be looked at as they don't fit with the quality of the property thou they maybe new they seem thread bare, The shower screen needs to be looked at as the water is finding its way through the seal to the bottom and found pools of water on the floor after using the shower on each occasion.
