“Fabulous holiday home!”
!. A little disappointed with the standard of cleaning given we had been informed extra cleaning would be completed prior to arrival. (COVID) Dusty rooms and Mouldy washing machine (I did clean this so I was able to use it)
Also, cleaners arrived 9:15am Fri 28th. We felt obliged to allow them into the house as they were stood on the drive in the rain. Over the next 45 minutes we then felt rushed and under pressure to gather our things- not the ending we had in mind to our lovely stay!!

We are so pleased you have enjoyed your stay and our holiday home although we were disappointed to note that you found the property to be dusty. Had we been made aware of this following your arrival we would have been happy for the housekeeper to return to address this. We hope this was not too detrimental to your arrival and we hope to welcome back again soon.
