  • "I stayed here for three nights with my family in September 2026, it was clean and tidy well maintained."

    It is a short walking distance from the amenities, lovely views from all the rooms. The communication was excellent from when booking and till the end of our stay, i would stay here again.

  • "The apartment was in a great location with great views."

    The lift was out of order a lot and, being on the third floor, it meant quite a walk up the stairs. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped and had the basics, but some items were missing, which made cooking more difficult than expected. The freezer door was broken and would not stay closed, and the fridge was either too warm or, when turned down, froze our food. The smoke alarm going off just before midnight wasn't ideal, especially with young children, as the whole building had to be evacuated. Otherwise, we had a great time away.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The lift in the building works without issue. There is a small key on your set of apartment keys with operates the key on the apartment level (this is just to stop children messing around in the lift unsupervised). Once you use the key, the lift will come up to your apartment level. The fire alarm system in the property can be triggered if someone burns food or smokes/vapes in the apartments etc. It has to go off as a matter of safety for all of our guests. I would not say it goes off often, it has been triggered once in the last 3 months, I appreciate that this was in the time that you stayed, and I am sorry for its inconvenience.   • "We had a brilliant stay at Fisherman's watch."

    We loved the views from the apartment, which we found comfy and suited all our needs. It's an easy walk to the town centre and harbour, we didn't use the car at all and loved having everything at our feet, including the land train and beach. Good communication from the owner.

  • "Lovely apartment with fantastic sea views."

    It was on the Third floor but there is a lift so not a problem. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was well equipped for self catering. The electric heating was very easy to use but we didn't use it much even though we stayed in November. Would definately recommend.

  • "Beautiful apartment set right in the middle of everything, excellent views of the beach and the fun fair at a distance."

    The only thing I would add is a can be hot sign in shower as the water can come out boiling, I know some people will say thats a good thing but maybe not if children in shower. All in all a lovely peaceful break and the children loved every minute of their family holiday.

    The apartment is just lovely. A real home from home with the most amazing views. The owners were so thoughtful in their messages. It absolutely was the best place in the best location. We will definitely be returning.

  • "Everything was cheap about the property apart from the cost of hire."

    It was small, cramped and shabby. Stains on carpet covered with furniture. Fire doors to bedrooms didn't close properly. Poorly equipped for 5 people.bathroom towel rail was a very shabby clothes airer. Needed a deep clean throughout.

    I’m sorry to see such a poor review for our apartment. It isn’t often we receive negative feedback so will look into these points. Had you let a member of staff know, we would have liked the opportunity to put things right for you during your stay. The price paid is very competitive given our location and apartment size. BRIDLINGTON

Filey 10 miles; Scarborough 20 miles.

The seaside resort of Bridlington lies on the east coast of Yorkshire, south of Scarborough and Filey. Two award-winning beaches of golden sand stretch out on either side of the historic harbour, bustling with activity. Beautifully designed promenades provide everything from fun-fairs to quiet places where you can sit and watch the world go by. Shops, attractions, restaurants and the historic 'Old Town' of Bridlington offer a fascinating contrast to life on the beach, where the latest Dad's Army has been filmed, whilst the Bridlington Spa Theatre on the front provides evening entertainment. There is also the East Riding Leisure Centre, with family swimming area and a variety of other indoor activities.
