  • "Parking was a nightmare, couldnt even get on the same street."

Sitting room needs a table lamp or two.Kingsize bed mattress was like a hammock and the toilet seats were not `male`friendly and quite scary when sat on.Redeeming factor was the location, brilliant for both bays.

Hi, sorry to hear that parking was an issue, the house is in a very popular location in Scarborough as the Old Town attracts guests from near and far, and you choose to visit in high season, so parking could potentially be an issue. There is a lamp in the sitting room, however I am happy to add another and/or replace the one that is there if it's not up to the job. I am not 100% sure what the issue was with the mattress as it is new and as you can see from the previous guests we have had nothing but positive feedback. I was unaware with any issues with the toilets seats and if I would have been made aware of any issue I could have come and had a look and rectified any problems you were having. Glad you at least enjoyed the location of this very well presented, very modern, and popular house in the lovely Old Town. Property Owner

Walking around Scarborough is therefore really easy. Parking permits are supplied for street parking which is a huge advantage. The property is comfortable and well maintained. Neighbours are friendly. We had a lovely short break in Scarborough.

  • "We spent a lovely week at No."

46 St. Mary's Walk in June. What a complete find. As keen walkers this property was perfectly positioned to reach both bays and the town centre. It was the perfect home-from-home and so tastefully decorated - modern, clean and cosy with a great kitchen which we made the most of. The ability to park the car outside (using scratchcards) was an added bonus too. A must for anyone who wants a seaside break and a great place to relax. Beverly & Chris

  • "Lovely property in a great location."

Just far enough from the busiest parts of town but an easy walk to harbour, seafront and North Bay. A well decorated, comfortable warm place to return to after a day's walking. The easy, on street parking was a real bonus. Great Holiday and would book again.
