  • "We honestly cannot recommend Puffin Lodge highly enough."

From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away. It is, without doubt, the most beautiful place we have ever stayed, and everything was absolutely immaculate. So much of the property felt brand new, beautifully presented and finished to an exceptionally high standard. The owners have thought of absolutely everything. The kitchen in particular was incredible — there was genuinely nothing we could have wanted that wasn’t already there. Every little detail had been considered, making the whole stay feel effortless and incredibly comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the thought and care that had gone into making the experience so special. There were binoculars provided so we could enjoy spotting puffins, books about puffins, and so many lovely little touches throughout the property. You could tell that the owners genuinely care about their guests and want them to have the very best experience. We were a group of eight with mixed ages, and Puffin Lodge suited every single one of us perfectly. There was something for everyone, from the beautiful surroundings and stunning views to the wonderful hot tub, and plenty of space to relax and spend time together. It was the perfect place for us to make some really special family memories. The property itself is absolutely stunning — beautiful, peaceful, luxurious and incredibly well thought out. We were so impressed that, unbelievably, we booked our next stay after being there for just ONE HOUR! That probably says everything you need to know about how much we loved it. We are already so excited to be returning again soon. Puffin Lodge really is first class in every possible way, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found such a special place. Thank you to the owners for creating somewhere so wonderful — we genuinely didn’t want to leave! ❤️ Thank you for the gorgeous welcome pack and Prosecco.

Thank you so, so much for this lovely review ❤️ it really means everything to us that you enjoyed your time so much you’ve booked again Property Owner
