We all had a lovely stay in the Barn, plenty of room to park 2 cars, lovely out door space with a lovely garden, the weather was overcast and rained during our weeks stay, it didn’t spoil our time, we went and visited the planetarium a short drive away, it really was amazing, we highly recommend.
On another rainy day we went to an indoor shopping centre Idlewells in Sutton-in-Ashfield, just a short drive away, where there was an indoor market, interesting shops, a cafe, parking, well worth a visit. We had a couple of meals out at the Countryman in Kirby, highly recommend, also a roast dinner at the `Duke of Wellington, yummy Thank you Karl and Karen, your barn was very nice to stay in, it was warm and cosy, lovely decor through out and beds were comfortable. Perfect house , lovely layout, wood definitely book again
Lovely fully equipped cottage, nice and quiet and walking distance to shop, pub, fish & chip shop.
We had a lovely few days and would like to return
