"Great place!"
Clean, friendly and quiet. Slight leak on hot tub, but the owner was on it. Wouldn't definitely recommend and we shall be returning.

Would happily return! Surprisingly spacious, as well as clean and comfortable. Wish we’d stayed longer. Thank you.

"We had the best time!"
The cabin was beautiful - tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We would love to return in the future.

"Lovely stay."
Friendly welcome. Property clean and cosy. Only two minor complaints. 1) Toaster works but only if you stand and hold down handle. 2)When anyone uses hot water the noise , of I assume the pump, is horrendous . Otherwise it is a very peaceful place to stay with the hot tub being a very welcome luxury.
Thank you for your comments , sorry about the toaster this has been replaced, we will look into the pump issue, thank you. Property Owner

"A lovely and clean property."
We're a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 children and 1 infant) and the space was perfect for us. Beds very comfy. Hot tub amazing and in a peaceful location. The owner was friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Anthony for a great stay. Llio

"The cottage was lovely, everything we needed and clean."
The hot tub was a great addition, we spent most of our time in it. The only thing I would say about it was the sofas. They are quite small and we found watching TV in bed was more comfortable. Also on the listing it said books and and games were available, but there were none. It wasn't an issue for us, but a family may have been expecting there to be some, especially with the weather not so great, but it didn't spoil our well needed break. We will be booking again when the weather is a little warmer, thanks for our lovely stay

"Had an absolutely lovely relaxing week."
Very tastefully furnished and decorated. Only 1 little niggle could do with a rubber shower mat and a shelf for toiletries in the ensuite shower for elderly/disabled visitors.
-
"Really nice stay in the Gardners Lodge."
Very clean and well equipped with everything you’d need. Hot tub was set up and ready to use on arrival.

"Lovely stay here for my birthday the weekend, was a same day booking for us an everything was easy, the hot tub was amazing and ready for us when we arrived, the lodge was clean, comfy and had everything we needed."

Lovely spacious lodge. Nicely decorated. Owner was very friendly. Will book again.

"Fantastic holiday."
Owners very welcoming and friendly. Beautiful lodges very well equipped and maintained. Highly recommend.

"We had an amazing stay."
The lodge itself is absolutely beautiful and the hot tub was fab. We found it very relaxing and that's just what we wanted. There are bushes surrounding the lodge making it very private. Location is excellent just a short drive into the town which has everything you would need. The owners were very friendly and checked in on us to see if everything was OK with our break. Would definitely recommend.

"Stayed for my 40th Birthday, had a perfect time, so clean and everything we needed, lots of towels and heaters to help dry all the wet stuff."
The lodge was lovely a warm when the heating went on. Shower was warm and lovely after the hot tub. Hot tub was amazing. We loved the bird feeder to, watching the birds come and go. TV in every room was great. My only complaint would be the sofa’s, just wish they was a bit bigger and more comfortable, other than that, we had a lovely stay, would recommend to others and would love to come back.
Thank you for your comments, we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay, we take your comment on the sofas onboard and will look into it. Thank you. Property Owner

"We loved Gardeners lodge, it was very quiet."
The only issue we thought was the hot water boiler was quite loud in the main bedroom. The lodge had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Very clean and tidy and the staff were really lovely and friendly. The hot tub was just great as we sat looking at the stars and relaxing. The lodge was decorated nice and some lovely touches. We had a great few days and hopefully we will return.
Hi, thank you for your kind comments, unfortunately we have to have a pump on the hot water to achieve better pressure to the hot system, it is something we are trying to address . Property Owner

"The property was absolutely amazing, one of the most beautiful lodges I have, and will ever stay in."
The hosts was more than what we could ever ask for and so attentive, they honestly couldn’t do more for us. As soon as we arrived at the property, we was greeted and shown around by the host, a Christmas tree was set up with lights and made our 4 year old even more excited. The location is so picturesque and we will definitely back again soon. Thankyou ever so much, you made our weekend away so much more than what we could have hoped for.
-
"The property is so comfortable and clean, the location is absolutely perfect, and having the use of a lovely hot tub made our weekend just wonderful."
Our host was just brilliant too. Would highly recommend Gardener's Lodge.
-
"I would say needs new sofas and a washing machine would be handy."
The biggest thing is needing outside light as we could not use the hot tub on a night time.
-
"Quiet peaceful location just on the outskirts of Nantwich very clean comfortable accommodation."
-
"The hosts were lovely."
So peaceful and relaxing. Could do with some more dishes. Taxis are hard to get, need to book in advance. Would be more then happy to return

"Lovely lodge, Nantwich is a beautiful place."
-
"Absolutely beautiful accommodation and location."
We had the perfect week and would love to return again. The accommodation is very comfortable. The hosts were both lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Couldn't recommend it more! Sitting in the hot tub listening to the horses in the near by field was a highlight of mine. Thank you for a great week.

"Fabulous 2 week stay in an impressively appointed lodge with great service from the site managers."
The site is well run and maintained and the private hot tub is a huge asset. Communication from Sykes to the property could be improved otherwise it’s hard to justify the mark up vs booking direct. Household details requested for lockdown didn’t seem to get passed on so the site assumed we weren’t going to show. Minor issue but it meant the property wasn’t ready. Loved the place. As other reviews say you could always book direct. Thanks for a lovely stay!

"We had a friendly welcome on arrival."
Lovely accommodation with good facilities. A short walk into Nantwich with nice restaurants and pubs. An all round great experience
-
"Excellent stay, chilled out, quiet everything you needed"

"We had a great stay."
The lodge is very comfortable especially the beds. The hot tub was great. We will definitely be back

"Fantastic holiday lodge."
Plenty of room and furnished to a very high standard. It is set in a very peaceful and tranquil part of Nantwich. Anthony was very friendly and always happy to help at any time. I would highly recommend.

"Had this property had a bit more crockery and a teapot, it would have been perfect!"
Our host, Anthony, was friendly, helpful and even allowed Autoglass to come and repair a chip in our windscreen which we'd picked up on the way up. The property was spotlessly clean, bright, airy, warm and welcoming. The caravan park is neatly kept and looked after, yet we were barely aware of caravans coming and going. We went into the spotlessly clean hot tub every night under the stars in all weathers - yes - the stars were visible every night! We came to Nantwich to visit old haunts and could not have chosen a better base. Pity it is so far from where we live now, but we hope to return one day. It's going to be hard to find a property as good as this one!

"Lovely quiet location."
-
"Fabulous setting with a spacious well set out lodge."
Everything we needed for a peaceful break with my family. Loved the added bonus of the dishwasher but extra plates etc would have made this more useful. Would certainly recommend and return for further visits in the future.
-
"The lodge was extremely comfortable and the set up very peaceful."
We felt there were a few little things that could be improved on like a few more cups, cutlery etc. The host Anthony was very friendly and helpful. The area is extremely nice and lots to do.
-
"Very nice comfortable modern lodge in a lovely setting on the edge of a touring park."
It was a very relaxing place to stay yet only a short drive to Nantwich which is a lovely old market town . Would certainly stay there again.
-
"The lodge is in a peaceful relaxing location."
It has all the comforts to give you a lovely relaxing holiday. Loads to do in the area
-
"We very much enjoyed our break in Gardeners Lodge."
It was very comfortable with plenty of space and in a quiet spot just outside Nantwich; a great location from which to explore the surrounding area. The hot tub was of course an added bonus which we used most days! We liked the small additional touches; like the 'hotel' slippers provided, fresh flowers, and netflicks on tap. Anthony was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble. We would certainly consider returning.
-
"Beautifully presented, modern and comfortable Lodge."
Super clean hot tub which was checked every day by Anthony our excellent host. The lodge was one of only two lodges with a pleasant and adequately private outlook which will only improve with time as surrounding planting matures.. We had a problem initially with online availability errors booking a different lodge but the live chat room proved to be an excellent facility and this lodge was found for us in the location we wanted within minutes. Very pleased altogether with our first hot tub holiday

About the location
NANTWICH
Crewe 5 miles; Wrenbury 5.5 miles; Sandbach 10 miles; Whitchurch 11.1 miles
The delightful market town of Nantwich is located 5 miles to the south east of Crewe and stands on the banks of the River Weaver and the Shropshire Union Canal. It is famous for its outdoor Brine Pool which is one of the few remaining in the UK and heated throughout the summer. There are regular market days throughout the week and a monthly farmers' market showcasing the best of produce from the local area. Nantwich town centre is pedestrianised and benefits from some superb examples of historic buildings, and is well worth visiting in spring and summer when it comes alive with floral displays throughout the streets. Nantwich plays host to many events throughout the year, including The Battle of Nantwich in January, the Jazz, Blues and Music Festival at Easter and the world-famous International Cheese Awards in July. Both Market Drayton and Whitchurch are within 12 miles and well worth a day trip to enjoy their history and architecture.
