We felt welcomed and loved the comfy beds, warm duvets, well equipped kitchen and the quietness of the surroundings.

We found the lighting rather bright on our eyes isitting at the dining table, and a bit dim in the lounge for reading and craftwork. I’m sure it is fine if you only want to watch TV. We appreciated the explanation for the noisy water pump. For us it was in a great location for visiting family, the Tramway Museum at Crich and Kedleston Hall (National Trust).

Fletchers barn was fabulous, a nice quiet location in the countryside, easy to switch off and relax with plenty places to enjoy not far away.

Stayed there for a week, visiting from overseas. Hosts really pleasant, with a nice warm welcome.

From arrival to reluctant departure we could not have ask for more.

Ruth was the more than helpful host, from update information to recommended places to see and visit we could not have been happier. both Ruth & Dave were cheerful and helpful we left with great memories and sad at heart our trip had come to an end. we wish them all the success for the future and would go back in a heart beat.
