Cottage is clean, spacious and well equipped.

The garden is a great area to enjoy the evening sunshine and the cottage interior comfortable and cool, even during the current heatwave. Birchover is a quiet village, and we were unlucky that the Red Lion pub was closed during our stay. Many of the local pubs do have restricted opening for food, so worth checking before heading out. Parking is a little tight on the road outside, but the neighbours always left enough room to squeeze in. Overall, a great stay with lots of places to visit and excellent walks in the area.

Lovely home.

Clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water and heating as required . Lovely area for walking directly from the front door. Pubs and cafes in the area around with generous portions and quality selection. Hope to revisit for more walking and good food. Hosts very helpful in directions and accommodation details. Highly recommend.
