,Sofas are a bit tired . Walks for all ages ,local pub is minutes away on foot and public transport is good. Outside the courtyard is very private as well as a large garden which ends with a stream and woodlands a beautiful place to tay.

We enjoyed our holiday at Whim cottage , there were lovely features within it like the Mullion windows and lovely fireplace .

It was very hot whilst we were staying there so it was lovely to come back to a cool property . The beds were also very comfortable . The bedding was clean and the bathroom although a bit dated . I think it could just do with a little TLC as there was cobwebs in some areas and the garden and seating area outside need some attention . Facilities generally were good with plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen but again a bit dated . For us the main negative was the noise from the two roads that it sits between as we are not used to road noise . Overall we enjoyed our stay .
