What guests are saying
The property is very comfortable and warm and had everything we needed.
There are more amenities than listed (including a washer/dryer; good for walkers). We loved the giant bedrooms and the farmhouse-style kitchen, and spent a lot of time in the comfortable lounge with the wood-burning stove. There is a nice pub close by, and a bus stop opposite the pub (we went to Bakewell on the bus). We also walked to Belper over the fields. It was a treat to stay in such an interesting old building, and we will remember it for a long time.
