This is an ideal place to stay if you want a restful break.

Very well equipped kitchen and although only a small outside space ideal for those lazy afternoon cheese and wine lunches. Once the car is parked no need to use it for the whole week. Only a short walk into the town centre with lots of coffee shops and places to eat. It’s our third time there so I think that says it all. We would recommend this accommodation as a comfortable spacious and clean.

We, 3 generations and a dog, all had a wonderful stay at Dinham Court.

The house was perfect for all our needs, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location of the house is great. The parking spaces are a brilliant addition to a town location, The beds are really comfy and 4 bathrooms is a luxury. Ludlow has so much to offer. There are lovely dog walks by the river, we enjoyed our many visits to the market and there are many lovely places to eat, drink or buy delicious food from. We ventured further afield and enjoyed days at Barrington Hall and Herefordshire Raceway. We would highly recommend both Ludlow and Dinham Court.

The smiley faces on the ratings don't allow us to inform others how amazing the property and the location are, our car, once parked did not move all week, there was no need.

We were so very comfortable, despite the heat, we ate all our meals outside, the lovely people of Ludlow were all so welcoming, a wonderful holiday. Thank you so much

My family and I had a wonderful week in Ludlow.

Dinham Court is a beautifully proportioned house (the rooms are huge!) and really well equipped. The location is incredibly central, with lots of pubs, restaurants and historical sites just a stone's throw away. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful.

The highest recommendation I can give this great property is that this was the third time we have stayed there in the last 12 minutes months.

It's a wonderful house which can comfortably accommodate 7 people, with plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. If I have a tiny criticism it would be that the water pressure can be found wanting when using the showers. However, it's an old house full of character so that should be borne in mind. Visit Ludlow and stay here. It's great!

This is our second time visiting Dinham Court and it was just as perfect this time as it was the first.

The location couldn’t be any better and to have parking is great. The house is such a lovely property. It works brilliantly for us and is so comfortable and has everything you need. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful property in a great location , helpful and approachable owners

We have stayed at Dinham Court before, but in the summer.

The only thing I would add to my previous feedback is that this time we felt the benefit of the heating, which was perfect at all times. We've booked again this summer. A wonderful property in a wonderful town

We had a lovely Christmas week, accommodation was excellent, weather good and Ludlow itself perfect with independent shops, a daily market and lovely walks.

Our party of 6 adults and a dog had a lovely week in Ludlow.

The accommodation was extremely comfortably, spacious , clean and had everything that you could possibly need. A fantastic location - less than five minutes to the beautiful river walks and within two minutes of the town centre ( on the flat which made easy walking for the older members of the party). Though in a central location for all the shops, cafes and pubs the street, directly opposite the castle, was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend this property.

First class in every respect.

More like a home than a cottage. It's right at the top of our list of places to return to.

A lovely, well-equipped and comfortable home in a great location.

Situated close to the market square and handy for a walk down to the River Teme. The 2 off-road parking spaces were a nice bonus. Ludlow is a lovely town and this is the perfect base from which to explore it and the surrounding area. We were here last year and have booked to stay again next year. One minor point - we struggled a bit with the heating system and sometimes the shower’s didn’t have hot water.

Even before our arrival the communication with the owner was exceptional who had contacted me about the upgrade on off road parking space.

On our arrival the biscuits and red roses in a vase were a lovely touch in a spotlessly clean, large detached house situated opposite Ludlow Castle. Access to the property was simple via a keysafe and a spare key was hanging inside. We go away in the UK regularly and are sometimes disappointed by the standard of kitchen fittings and equipment. Not so here as there was plenty of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. The built in oven was a superb Bosch, important to us as we often cook for ourselves and treat such trips as a home from home. As we move into September we needed to light the gas fire on a couple of evenings and this was a simple and effective operation. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms sizeable, particularly the master bedroom. The owner had pre warned me about poor water pressure in Ludlow, and I did notice a couple of times when using the shower that it could be affected by other guests flushing toilets or using taps. However, I soon organised our party into a shower rota so this wasn't a major issue. The best recommendation I can give Dinham Court is that we have already rebooked!

perfectly located just outside Ludlow Castle gets, with easy access to the market square pubs and restaurants around the town, and plenty of good walks down to the river.

Great place to stay.

House was excellent very comfortable & extremely clean.

Lovely extra's fresh flowers nice soap in all bathrooms. We chose a good weekend as the castle was holding a music festival, the atmosphere was very lively and enjoyable. Jono called in on the evening of our arrival to make sure everything was ok for us and checked on one of the bedrooms to make sure a repair that needed doing had been completed. He also gave us some tips on where to eat one being the Angel which we thoroughly enjoyed. The stay was enjoyed by all the family and we would consider returning again.

Very central position with a lovely view from the front and surrounded by interesting old houses.

House was immaculate and immediately inviting. This is the second time we have stayed in it, the other properties we have stayed in in Ludlow have all been good, but we like this one the best.

Private secure parking. Close to the castle, shops and market. Suited our three generational family perfectly. Helpful and friendly owner. Would love to stay again.

Dinham Court is a beautiful house, spacious and well equipped.

The location overlooking the castle in the middle of town was perfect for us, a short walk to the market square, shops and pubs. Also lovely slightly longer walks to the river which were great for the dog.

For a start the 3pm arrival was so much better than the usual 4pm.

Meant time to settle in and familiarise. Straight away the house felt ‘homey’. The kitchen was very well equipped - great to have two fridges, a gas hob and easy to operate oven. Enough glasses, crockery and cutlery for 12+ so no need to keep washing up. Plenty of serving dishes, pans and utensils. The beds were all comfy and with quality, soft linen. The bathrooms and loos were all lovely. Plenty of space in the house for privacy and peace if desired. The lounge was spacious and comfy though the cream sofa and armchair were a bit too soft for anyone with a sensitive back.The gas fire was easy to use and warmed the room quickly. The courtyard garden was a lovely haven for us though set up as a dining area rather than seating as seen on the photos. The secure parking was superb and very handy. The Blue Boar beer garden wasn’t noisy and offered a convenient short cut home. The situ of the house was so convenient for the shops and markets making top up shopping very easy. Would we recommend this house and look to use it again? 100% Yes

This was a great house in a fantastic position in Ludlow.

We all really enjoyed our holiday. Proper Sky on TV unlike most holiday lets which just provide freeview. Special mention for the internet, it was fully up to the task of coping with six phones and tablets. Again most holiday lets just provide a basic slow speed internet. All good.

A lovely property and perfect for inter generational holidays.

It was made even more perfect by having a dog proof garden. The owner ensured we had everything we needed and did all he could to make our holiday perfect. The gated parking was a huge bonus as Ludlow is not easy to park and being close to the Castle, river, Whitcliffe and the shops and market was exceptional. As a Ludlovian returning home with my family and friends this house was everything and more. As Arnie said….we will be back !!!!

Once we gained entry into Dinham Court there were no further problems.

Lovely house in a lovely location.

There were seven of us - the house swallowed us up in warmth and comfort.

An elegant building with some beautiful pieces of traditional furniture it nevertheless had a modern and well equipped kitchen. Its location, in a quiet road just a across from the castle and yards from the market square and shops, was perfect. We were sad when it was time to leave and look forward to returning.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location couldn't be better with the castle accross the road, and pubs shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk away. Having secure parking for 2 cars was a real bonus too. The house had been empty a few weeks before our mid January but was lovely and cosy once it warmed up. The kitchen is well equipped and the ovens are fab. Despite being in the centre of town, it was very quiet and we all slept well. Would love to stay in the summer to make use of the outdoor space.

Our second time staying at Dinham House and we had a lovely relaxing week.

It’s nice to unpack then leave the car parked up for the week. Everything you need is on the doorstep. Lots of nice places to eat and interesting shops and the market to explore. Dinham House is spacious clean and very comfortable and has all the facilities needed. We are already looking forward to our next visit

A lovely characterful property in the heart of Ludlow.

Dinham Court was a great place to stay, handy to all the many amenities that the town offered and all within a short walk. There was a great choice of walks local to the area too, as you immediately left the front door. We had a great time at Dinham Court & Ludlow….a real treat! Thank you.

We loved it, a home from home, everything that you would need.

Plenty of space, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen are 2nd visit and it was perfect again. Brilliant having the parking spaces.

This was an excellent property.

It was very well placed for the centre of Ludlow with all its restaurants and markets, yet in a quiet enough area not to be disturbed at night. The many walks available from the front door are an excellent bonus and we only needed to use the car once during our week stay. Good train service from Ludlow station (we used it to visit Shrewsbury - fascinating historic town). As a group of (very old!) friends, we rent holiday houses regularly in order to meet up and catch up and we all agree that this has been one of the best!

Just got back from a wonderful stay at Dinham Court.

The location is perfect and the parking is an added bonus. The house itself is beautiful. So many great features and the fire in the lounge is amazing! Loved the little touches like fresh flowers and the milk, thank you. Would recommend to anyone and we’re hoping to book again soon!

Ideal location!

Spacious and comfortable accommodation, well-presented. The welcoming vase of flowers was a lovely touch! We did have a couple of minor issues with the downstairs toilet door lock and we couldn’t open the kitchen cabinet on the last day, but this did not detract from a most enjoyable stay! Thank you!

Dinham Court is one of the loveliest properties we have stayed.

Really comfortable with everything you could need. Great position opposite the castle and ideal for walking our dog. Handy market round the corner and lots of cafes and pubs to keep you fed and watered! Plenty of independent shops to browse around too. Thank you for the lovely flowers, milk and biscuits on arrival. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms and everything you could need for a great holiday. Ludlow is beautiful little town with a fantastic castle and lots of great shops and restaurants.

Our stay was perfect, such a beautiful house, spacious and comfortable and we would highly recommend it and would love to stay again.

A cracking location, space for our cars and Johno was lovely to deal with - very helpful and friendly. Lots of space to spread out, a handy courtyard space out back for dinner and drinks. We would love to stay at Dinham Court again.

Jonno has been generous in providing plenty of kitchen essentials and there was ample crockery, cutlery etc. Good sized bedrooms with comfy beds. We will certainly be looking to rebook.

A really lovely and comfortable house in a great location.

It had everything we needed for a relaxing week away. Good beds and linens and spotlessly clean. The court yard was fully enclosed which was great for our dog to sniff around in. Allocated parking was a bonus. Dinham Court overlooks and castle walls and is an easy stroll to the cafes and pubs in Ludlow. Lots of information about good places to walk, eat or just visit for a drink from the owner, who was really helpful and responsive. Definitely a place we would like to return to.

Superb spacious property, ideal for a large family and friends with 4 bathrooms, kitchen has top of the range facilities plus utility room a comfy lounge with large smart tv beautiful veiw of surrounding castle grounds ,a separate dining room with table fit for king Arthur with patio doors leading out to patio with garden furniture ideal on summer days ,comfy beds with top range pillows n duvets The area is full of history and has some amazing rambles churches weirs , n birds to spot ,farmers market on certain days 2 mins away with delicious foods Enjoyed it immensely didn't want to leave so booked a return visit Highly recommended many thanks see ya soon

We had a lovely time at Dinham Court.

It had everything we needed for a comfortable and restful week. Lots of lovely places to eat within walking distance and lovely view of Ludlow Castle. It would be nice in the summer to sit out in the back courtyard but too cold this time of year. Everything we needed and lovely flowers in the kitchen were a nice little extra. Only thing I would say is we felt the mismatch of clothes hangers didn’t meet match the quality of the rest of the house. But a ten out of ten for Dinham Court and we hope to be back.

! Perfect house, excellent location & a great owner. House has everything you need to relax & enjoy your stay. The little touches too were so nice. We stayed for a week & didn’t want to leave. 5 adults, 2 children & 1 dog - we all had a fabulous time. We hope to stay here again in the future. PS. The fire is amazing!!!

Beds extremely comfortable and the location unbeatable. Ludlow has a lot to offer for browsing, shopping, walking and cycling. A tour around the castle was well worth it. The cottage was well equipped and lovely and warm.

Dinham Court is perfectly placed for a holiday in Ludlow.

The house was spacious and well equipped. The two parking spaces were a real bonus. Great views of the castle and the market place just around the corner. The host was friendly and helpful and sorted a minor issue immediately. Ludlow is a great base for exploring castles, woods and villages in this historic border region.
