What guests are saying
We rented Blossom's Cottage for a 2 week stay, a 1 week stay and an 11 day stay this summer.
The cottage and the accompanying guest accommodation were extremely clean and very comfortable. The owners were absolutely lovely, available but unobtrusive. Having acres of beautiful woodland to walk and run in was a real treat, especially during the very hot weather. Our granddaughter was thrilled to have access to the amazing nursery facilities and our family and friends all enjoyed visiting us there. The kitchen was suitably well equipped for me to cater for everyone. A wonderful experience for us all, for which we are very grateful.
Lovely place with plenty to do in the area.
Lots of eating places nearby. Very friendly and helpful owners. One note for Sykes cottages is that you have the address as “Hazel View” which is a private residence further down the road, people need to turn into “Hazel’s Farm Childcare” to access the cottage.
We had an excellent few days break at Blossoms Cottage.
It is a lovely cottage and very comfortable. There is so much to do and see in the area and, above all, peace and quiet is amazing. It was great to walk around the nearby woodland and there are two very welcoming local pubs nearby. Sharon and Mike are very welcoming hosts and we will definitely be returning.
