Very friendly and helpful owners who didn't intrude on holiday but were there to help if needed. Older property so darkish inside . Pool small but current bit a great hit ( I only just beat level one ) Sykes were HOPELESS .. never answered queries then wrote back 2 or 3 days later hoping g query had been solved( after saying they would get back to me so they could discuss my problem) . No ability to pay by BACS had to preload credit cards to pay .
Just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay at Rosehill Manor.
19 of us in all and a full age range. Everyone loved it.All the bedrooms are en-suite, clean and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were brilliant, making it very easy to prepare meals for all of us. Plenty of fridge space both in the kitchen and bar area. There was something for everyone, the pool was a huge hit as well as the very large hot tub. Then to wind down a little, the pool table and table tennis were well used too. The garden is beautiful, we all enjoyed sitting in the sun, but the younger members of our group loved ‘the park’ which had swings and a trampoline. First class welcome from Phil and Jane, who were readily on hand to sort out any queries. They were kind enough to bring their new puppy, Bailey, over so that our younger grandchildren could see him. Would definitely use again, thank you!
Had a wonderful golden wedding anniversary get together with close family in this spacious house with plenty of amenities including a pool hot tub, pool table, table tennis, table football garden trampoline and swings.
Well equipped kitchen. A few of the bed mattresses were not fantastic (room3) was are only grievance . As a family space the house and garden was excellent and the close but reassuring presence of the owners close by but unobtrusive, was handy. A great time was had by all in this memorable long weekend. We would highly recommend the venue. All together 6 children and 14 very happy adults left content.
