Out second visit to this lovely apartment just walking in and see the fantastic view is a Wow its lovely and has everything you need.

Adam is a lovely chap very welcoming and friendly he will help if you need anything at all everything spotless and very comfortable and what a welcome i had a lovely birthday

Lazy Bulldog is a fabulous place to stay.

The accomodation is 1st class and fitted out to a very high standard. The view is terrific looking accross the Tay, and you can easily spend loads of time on the balcony watching the world go by. Adam is a terrific host and very helpful and has lots insight into the local area. We definitely plan to come back.

Adam went above and beyond in making me feel so welcome to The Lazy Bulldog, at the property he explained how everything worked.

There were treats for my dog Pedro along with a bowl and blanket, Adam then also on the Tuesday to change towels etc had different treats for Pedro. There were also treats for humans too, chocolates, which were refilled through the week along with milk and teacakes in the fridge. There was everything you needed to make our stay go smoothly and Adam was an attentive host. Having the balcony overlooking the Tay and Dundee was special. There just happened to be a Cider and Sausage festival across from us in Dundee so I enjoyed the music too. Adam also told us about the shops and eateries in the area, those that were dog friendly which was most of them, I highly recommend his recommendation's. The bed was extremely comfortable and being able to look out at the water was lovely. The shower was lovely and I had no issues with this. Parking was available at the property which was very useful. The whole property was of the highest spec and Adam is a wonderful host, I highly recommend this property for the views, visiting Fife and surrounding areas.

Adam,the host was there to meet us on arrival.

He could not have been more helpful and accommodating. His knowledge of the area was great and he gave us a few tips of where to go to visit.Tha accomodation was tremendous,extremely clean,everything you need to stay in comfort , a real home from home.The view from both living room and bedroom was absolutely amazing could sit there for hours and not even realise there was a television in the room.We could not recommend Lazy Bulldog any more highly.We have stayed in numerous cottages using several different sites over the years and this is by far the best we've stayed in.

We have just returned from an excellent week at Lazy Bulldog.

The property was beautiful, very comfortable and spotlessly clean with lots of extra little touches and treats. There were lovely views and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. What made the stay really special was that our host Adam was so welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. We had lots of interesting chats with him in the course of the week. Would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to return sometime.

We were welcomed by the owner, Adam, who walked us through the apartment explaining where everything was kept.

He was a mine of local information and recommendation. The apartment is very well equiped and extremely comfortable with many thoughtful additions. Views from the sitting room are wonderful. There is easy access to nearby attractions and other places of interest. We enjoyed our chats Adam and many thanks for the treats, they were much appreciated. A really lovely apartment in a superb location.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING APARTMENT!

!!! Beautifully furnished and presented throughout and the kitchen was well equipped with all you could possibly need for your stay. Super comfy bed too...only pulled blind down half way so we could watch the river flow past and watch the lights of the bridge and Dundee! Super balcony with comfy seats and table...great for watching the sunsets over the city...the dog enjoyed watching everything from there too! Adam is a marvelous host and couldn't do enough for us..thank you for the welcome goodies including treats for Charlie dog. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Lazy Bulldog and if we are that way again in the future we would definitely be returning to The Lazy Bulldog! Fantastic property.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable, with an amazing view across the Tay. Equipped with everything you could need, and the host is on hand to offer advice about the area. I definately recommend this property!

Stunning apartment with beautiful views over the Tay.

Adam is an excellent host, always willing to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We had a wonderful holiday and visited Wormit, Dundee, Tayport, St Andrews, Broughty Ferry and Carnoustie, either walking from the apartment, or making use of the very good local bus network. The facilities in the apartment are excellent, views from the lounge and bedroom are superb, especially at night. So glad we were able to visit this little haven. We would definitely recommend a stay at the Lazy Bulldog.

We had a fantastic stay here.

The views over the Tay Estuary were absolutely stunning, we even spotted an otter swimming by, which was a real highlight. The apartment is modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is great too, with shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore the area. Adam was a wonderful host, providing helpful tips and always being available if we needed anything. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked our second stay. A perfect base for exploring this beautiful area - highly recommended.

This was an amazing little find.

The views were stunning snd the house itself was immaculate with wee touches over and above to make it extra special. The host is a genuinely lovely guy and was really keen to help. All in all an awesome weekend and cannot recommend this wee house enough. Thank you

Excellent apartment with fantastic private views across the Tay.

Everything was as described, modern, spotlessly clean and in working order. Despite being about zero degrees outside, the apartment was very cosy. Dog friendly with off-lead areas at the coastline 50m away from the gate. Easily accessible to Tentsmuir forest/beach and the Fife Coastal Path, e.g. Wormit to Balmerino Abbey. Local buses to Dundee and St Andrews from near the gate. Thank you Adam for local advice and treats for us and Amber.

An excellent accommodation and an excellent host.

What really makes this property so special is the view but there are so many other little touches that have just gone a step further than other holiday homes we’ve stayed at like the boiling hot water tap.

My partner and I have just returned home after a break, staying at the Lazy Bulldog.

The accommodation was spotless, the views across the Tay were amazing and most importantly.....the owner, Adam, was extremely helpful. Left us to relax but was available if needed. The apartment has the facilities you are likely to need and there are shops only a scenic 10 minute coastal walk away to stock up at if required. We highly recommend the Lazy Bulldog and look forward to revisiting.

Fabulous view, comfortable bed, everything I could need and all of it spotlessly clean. A wonderful host who couldn’t be more helpful and who checked in to make sure I had all I needed. Excellent location within very easy reach of Dundee city, but great little cafes and coffee within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. Will definitely come back and will recommend to others. We were absolutely delighted with this holiday rental it was nothing short of perfect.

The quality of the accommodation was 5 star and the location was stunning , to be able to look out over the Tay estuary was absolutely magical even in the pouring rain. This is probably the best holiday rental we have ever been on. To cap it all Adam was the perfect host,we will definitely return sometime soon.
