Top Cottage is a charming retreat situated in the heart of Cupar, Fife, just 10 miles from St Andrews.
Ideal for families or friends, this family-friendly abode offers off-road parking for two cars, welcomes one well-behaved dog, and provides access to delightful walks through a picturesque fruit farm, The farm provides a free weekly Family Pass for any guests staying at Top Cottage (between April and October).
Upon entering this single-storey abode, you will be greeted by a spacious open-plan area, housing a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed at the dining table, seating six guests.
After dinner, retire to the sitting area, where you can snuggle up in front of the electric fire with a woodburning stove effect, and enjoy a family movie night on the Smart TV, or the stunning countryside views from the window.
The property boasts three well-appointed bedrooms; a super-king-size which can be converted into twin beds upon request, offering flexibility for your sleeping arrangements.
This room also benefits from lovely views of the fruit farm and surrounding countryside, providing a serene backdrop to wake up to.
The additional single and king-size bedroom are perfect for children or friends, with the king-size bed offering the flexibility of being a zip-and-link, which can be made up as twin beds on request.
Freshen up in the sleek shower room, equipped with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, before heading out to explore the local area.
For those quieter days, the enclosed garden provides a safe space for both children and one well-behaved dog to play, while the patio area is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink, all while taking in the lovely views of the countryside.

A fabulous location where you felt away from the hustle and bustle, but only five minutes drive of local amenities in Cupar.
The cottage was well furnished and the beds were so comfortable. Perfect for sightseeing around Fife with most places within a 30 minute drive. We would love to come back.
Beautiful accommodation.
Lovely views and a great location. Couldn’t fault it. So close to St Andrews and Craigtoun Country Park. Would recommend this cottage, especially if you have kids as the garden is a great size and enclosed.
