Excellent unit and excellent host.

We liked the property very much.

The only drawback was that the furniture was all very low to the ground.

This was the perfect location!

The flat was immaculate with everything we could possible need.

Good comfy apartment in a great location, handy for all the local amenities.

Less than a 10 minute walk to shops and bars. Apartment had everything we needed (except perhaps a tray to carry cups of tea from the kitchen through to the living room!).

I’ve rented to flat for 3 years now, in the past for 3 weeks in September but was disappointed this year that the second week was already rented out.

Maybe unreasonable expectation, but would of been good if someone could of reached out to see if I would be back before renting it to someone else

We are in our mid-70's and could have benefitted from a tub/shower that had a grab bar.

We had a lovely stay in St Andrews with our 2 children.

The flat was spacious with an excellent kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals. The array of books and games were so wonderful to have, especially with the rain and cold! The heating was great and we found it to be very quiet. It was a short walk from the town centre and to a few different supermarkets. The only thing we found was that it was very bright in the bedrooms despite the blind and curtains. Perhaps just part of travelling in the summer when the sun rises so early and sets so late! We would not hesitate to return, thank you.

Lovely flat, well equiped, great location in St Andrews.

There was a mix-up with the cleaner because we arrived on an unusual day, but I contacted the owner, and she made it right within hours.

The cleaner was also very apologetic and even brought us shortbread as a thank you for our understanding. As I told the owner, we should always expect mistakes could happen, but it is the way in which they are managed after discovered that matters most. Both the owner and the cleaner were incredible!

Only real issue is that the beds are really uncomfortable.

Everything worked out without problems. We liked the charm and the location of the apartment.

The apartment was perfect.

It was very warm and cosy (we were there in a very cold December). The kitchen was very well equipped with everything one could possibly need. The location was handy for the town and all amenities. Overall, an excellent stay.

An excellent location near enough to walk to the main tourist sites, although also on a bus route to the centre.

The bedrooms are at the back of the property so traffic noise from the main road is not a problem. The car park had a numbered bay for each flat which means that parking isn't a problem. Good kitchen facilities, although the dining table would be a squeeze for 4 people. The accommodation details are out of date, for example there are no bunk beds (thankfully). The TV is too small which meant we had to move the chairs nearer to the set to enjoy a film in the evenings. The owner lives abroad which means communications are not quick and the emergency local contact phone number did not work.

My friends and I had a lovely holiday in St.

Andrews. As we are all fairly elderly ladies and don,t drive it was very handy for bus stop so we were able to have a couple of tours. In the evening we were quite happy to stay home and watch the world go by from the sitting room.

Andrews. Everything provided in the flat for a carefree stay.

The property was clean and comfortable with a lovely homely atmosphere. The location was fabulous, just a hop and a skip from town and a good choice of nearby supermarkets. We would confidently recommend this property and happily visit again ourselves.

Lovely flat in such a great location.

We went to St Andrews for a week to play golf on the local courses, the apartment was clean and tidy,and also central to all amenities, parking was no problem.

So all in all a very satisfactory holiday.

Very well equipped to cook in. Very comfortable beds and guaranteed hot showers after a day out discovering a wonderful area.

Loved this well equipped apartment!

! Best holiday home we've stayed in with extremely comfy beds and warm heaters. Perfect location!!! Only left today and can't wait to book it up again.......... We took our 9 month old and 5 year old and was perfect for them, amazing highchair. Cooked lots of yummy home cooked meals and the kitchen made this so easy. Can't fault our stay at all. The fudge doughnuts are the best tip ever too!!!
