Dig in at the breakfast bar and dining table for six or, when the sun follows you home, dine alfresco in the enclosed garden while your pups play safely beside you.
Toss your plates to the dishwasher and curl up with your favourite film in the sitting room.
When sleep calls, answer in a double or twin bed waiting to catch you.
Why not take a trip to nearby Errol, grab some refreshments at Lass O Gowrie cafe or sample an ice cream at nearby Horn Milk Bar, meanwhile in Rait you will find Cart Shed Tearoom which also has an antiques centre to browse.
Within walking distance from the property you will find the Glencarse Hotel which serves excellent food but please do book ahead.
The property is ideally situated close to transport links, a short walk will bring you to the bus top where you can hop on the Ember bus to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee and Aberdeen.
Venture that little bit further to Perth to treat the history buff to Perth Cathedral, The Black Watch Castle & Museum, and Perth Museum, before donning your finest clothes for a day out at Perth Racecourse.
Take that short drive to Dundee for V&A Dundee and HMS Unicorn, then indulge in a walk through Dundee Waterfront Gardens, before catching an evening show at Caird Hall.

We loved it.
The enclosed garden was great for the dogs to run around in. It had everything you need ,a well equipped kitchen , comfortable beds and a large sitting room to relax in.
Lovely big house, plenty space for all the family, well equipped kitchen.
Easy check-in procedure. Off street parking a bonus. Property in a quiet neighbourhood. Good location, close to Perth. We would visit again.
We had a really great time here and did not disappoint.
The facilities and equipment in the house were amazing, we had everything we needed. The bedrooms were light and airy and the beds very comfortable. We stayed here as my granddaughter also lives in the village and we would not hesitate to stay again. The garden was small and compact and was enough for what we needed, however it does need a little weeding, my husband couldn't stop himself from doing some. May I also suggest that you fit some hand rails to the outside near the back door, I was at the accommodation with my 84 & 83 year old mother and husband who were a little uncomfortable in coming out the door without a hand.
