What guests are saying
We had a wonderful stay, the cottage is in a stunning setting with views of Loch Rannoch, and a balcony to enjoy it.
The facilities in the cottage are great and the little extras like biscuits, tea/coffee and sachets of milk and salt/pepper etc are appreciated. We also appreciated the cot and high chair. One small suggestion to enhance a stay for young families would be the option of a stairgate given the living space is upstairs. We enjoyed the lovely nearby (empty!) beach and charming local village. It is quite remote, felt a long way from an A road or big shop but that’s part of the charm, we knew this and brought groceries and found the village shop decent for topping up essentials. Thank you for a memorable time in rural Scotland!
Lots of space inside to move around.
The location is perfect for walking, fishing or just relaxing.
We enjoyed our stay here and we particularly liked the balcony and the view.
Overall the cottage is in good condition but the seats on the balcony could do with being replaced and as it was sunny weather we would have appreciated black out blinds on the skylight windows in the kitchen and living area as on a sunny day the heat was oppressive even when the windows were open and the heat prevailed into the evening. Otherwise the cottage is well equipped and comfortable. We would return.
