Enjoying a location with easy access to the coast and the local amenities, 15 Bogan is a delightful dog-friendly dwelling for couples or a family of four for exploring Scotland with their canine companion.

Park-up in one of two off-road parking spaces, before making your way into your new home-from-home.

Be welcomed into the spacious kitchen/diner, featuring a handy dishwasher and washer/dryer, where the budding chef of the group can whip up flavourful meals ready to savour at the dining table for four.

If the weather is nice, why not dine alfresco out on the rear enclosed terrace, where your four-legged friend can stretch their legs as you dine?

After a hearty meal, retire to the plush sofas in the sitting room as your pooch takes up their spot for the evening in front of the crackling woodburning stove, and select your favourite film from the Smart TV.

As your eyes grow heavy, head up to the first floor where you will find two well-presented bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, both with Velux windows allowing the natural light to flow in.

Awake from a leisurely slumber with a soothing soak in the bath or refreshing rinse in the shower before embarking on the day’s adventures.

Explore the local village, where you will find The New Inn which serves delicious meals and local ales, perfect for those evenings where you don’t fancy cooking!

There is also a well-stocked convenience store for picking up fresh ingredients to cook up a storm in the comfort of 15 Bogan.

The peaceful village of St Abbs rests nearby and is a haven for wildlife enthusiasts with its expansive nature reserve, renowned for its variety of bird and marine life.

From here you can enjoy stunning clifftop walking and cycle routes which overlook a number of scenic bays.

Berwick-upon-Tweed is not to be missed with its fascinating medieval castle remains, Elizabethan town walls, the 16th-century Kings Mount and boat trips out onto the River Tweed.

The house was lovely and cosy.

Very clean and nicely decorated.well equipped kitchen.and good sitting outside area with furniture and cushions. Could perhaps benefit from having a gate at top of the sloping garden steps. But all in all it was great . Would stay there again.

A lovely cottage and a very peaceful area.

Lovely furniture and comfortable couches and bedding.Garden lovely to relax in and a very well equipped kitchen. However we could not check in until 5 pm which is very late. I had assumed this was due to cleaning and expected the cottage to be spotless. It was not. Dust visible throughout, mud on carpet and grill had not been cleaned after previous use. There was even sand on the wardrobe shelves. If you have such a late check in yet expect check out at 10 then the cleaning needs improving.
