The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.
The property boasts two well-appointed bedrooms; a king-size room with a view out to the Breidden Hills, a patio door leading outside to fully embrace the surroundings, charming beams and a brick accent wall.
This room also benefits from an en-suite shower and a seat in front of the patio doors if you want to enjoy the views with the warmth of a blanket.
The second bedroom is a twin room, ideal for children or friends sharing.
There is also a separate shower room, ensuring there is plenty of space for everyone to prepare for their day.
Outside, you will find an enclosed garden with a patio and lawn, complete with furniture for alfresco dining.

On arrival it was disappointing, broken pool chairs and outside furniture all rusting and jagged.
Inside general lack of cleaning throughout the cottage. It needs a deep clean. Oven filthy and oven door hanging off. Its description is single storey so was surprised that over the bedroom there is in fact a flat. Having spent the first night awake due to noise from upstairs flat, packed the car to come home. But decided to let owner know of issues ,Russell was great he moved us to millstone cottage which was much better, although again it could benefit from a deep clean. We were able to sleep so we stayed and enjoyed our holiday. Russell did what he could to accommodate us so Thankyou to Russell. Millstone cottage gets a 3 /5 from us.
Very disappointed.
We only stayed for 3 days. There was a musty smell on arrival. It looked dated and the rugs looked grubby. The bed wasn't comfortable and we didn't sleep well. On leaving I checked under the bed in case we had dropped anything, and there was an empty pop bottle under the bed. Not up to the normal standard for Sykes!!
Russ was very helpful, showed us around his lovely venue and bar highly recommended, the cottage was lovely the hot tub was perfect for relaxing a very much welcome needed break.
We hope to stay again very soon.
