  • "The Studio apartment in Promenade House is the perfect base for exploring the local area."

    It was exceptionally clean, with a comfy bed, a very quiet location with the beach just across the road and only a short walk to Weston Super Mare town centre, the Grand Pier, also shops and restaurants. We were provided with a parking space which was an added bonus. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Weston then check this out, you won't be disappointed.

  • "The studio apartment was in a quiet, pleasant area and handy for the convenience stores."

    Parking my car wasn’t an issue. The local residents were welcoming. The location for the beach was convenient. The apartment had all of the home comforts needed for our stay. The decor and room layout was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The studio was a good base for our exploring days at Bath, Bristol and Brean.

  • "Fabulous position opposite the beach."

    Well furnished comfortable modern studio. The welcome tray of wine and goodies was a very nice touch. Not a problem that there is no cooker as we ate out each night. Several excellent resturants. Warning: Don't go to Weston Super Mare on the first weekend in Sept unless you like hours and hours of very noisy pop music Festivals on the beach.

  • "A couple of handles in the shower over the bath would be better just to be a little safer getting in and out."

    We knew there wasn't an oven or hob but you can only do so much with a microwave. But that's being picky because it's a lovely apartment in a great position.

  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our week at The Studio, which we found very clean, spacious and well-designed, and had wonderful views of the sea and Brean Down."

    It was a chilly week outside, but the electric heaters were easy to use and very effective. If the kitchenette had had a hob it would have been perfect, but we knew it didn't and were happy enough to use the microwave as required.

    It was so clean and comfortable. Only had to cross the road to get to the beach and shops were only around the corner. The owners came to say hi one of the days and they were lovely. We definitely will return.

  • "When we arrived Paul and Denise were there to greet us as they were in the building at the time couldn’t have been more helpfull lovely people ."

    The studio was ample for two people spotless clean , plenty to do in the area right on the sea front , weather was kind to us as it was early February. We will return if in the area again . David and Catherine

  • "The promenade house is really a very good place that I can recommend to anybody to spend their holiday in Weston super mare."

    There are many reason behind such as panoramic view of horizon , sea front, all shops and local amenities made our life comfort. The studio was very clear and clean and everything is attractive. I like this place to spend my holidays once again

The Studio is a ground-floor studio apartment nestled in the coastal town of Weston-super-Mare, Somerset.

Sleeping two guests and within easy reach of the beach, The Studio is ideal for a couple looking for a coastal getaway.

The apartment is a charming space with ample amenities, including a spacious king-size bedroom, a light and airy living/dining room for unwinding, a kitchenette equipped with basic amenities and a bathroom.

Weston-super-Mere is a lovely location to begin your Somerset adventure, with amenities and attractions right on the doorstep of the property, including a fantastic beach, ideal for coastal walks, wild swimming and watersports, and you will also find a selection of independent shops, eateries, pubs and convenience stores where you can stock up on essentials and enjoy a tasty meal out.

The local area is also home to a selection of nature reserves for wildlife lovers, Brean Down Fort, and a golf course where you can try out a game or two.

Further from the properties you will find the beautiful countryside of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where there are walks through many lovely areas including the Cheddar Gorge and the Wookie Caves.

A train ride away you will find the historic city of Bath, where you can learn more about the local history and heritage with a visit to The Holburne Museum and The Roman Baths and spend the afternoon browsing the local shops.

The traditional seaside town of Weston-super-Mare offers awarding-winning sandy beaches, donkey rides, water sports, restaurants and shops as well as the Playhouse, Winter Gardens and the Grand Pier offering a year-round programme of shows, musicals and fairs. Burnham and Berrow Championship Golf Course is also close by. Sand Bay, just 2 miles away offers an unspoilt beach allowing horse riding all year round, plus Sand Point and Middle Hope, owned by the National Trust and open free to the public are near by. The famous Cheddar Caves and Gorge, with amazing cliff top walks, is only a short drive away, as are historic Wells, England's smallest city and Glastonbury Tor, with its connections to King Arthur. Further afield you can enjoy the breathtaking coastline, cliffs, sheltered bays, and of course the ponies, of the beautiful Exmoor National Park. A great holiday destination for families with children, and for the very active or those wishing to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
