The cottage was clean and well equipped. It's location is perfect for walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and is only a short drive to some absolutely beautiful beaches. We had a wonderful week with our dog in tow! The hosts were incredibly helpful as well! Would highly recommend!

The owners directly next door were very welcoming and available, but unobtrusive. Cranford is located in a quiet village close to the beaches on Angle and the facilities at Pembroke, Pembroke Dock and slightly further to Milford Haven, with its impressive waterfront. We would highly recommend Cranford Cottage for a holiday throughout the seasons.

  • "This cottage is fine for two people."

We would just like to point out that the TV reception was so bad at times you could not watch it. But the main problem was the place was cold. There was one electric storage heater which only came on morning and evening for a while. In the evening it was cold we used the electric fire fan heater but we were still cold. There were heaters in the bedroom and kitchen but they did not work. Our stay would have been much more enjoyable if we had of been warmer.

I’m sorry to hear you were still cold after we showed how to work the electric fire. It’s a small annexe, only suitable for 2 people and one dog and usually very warm. There are actually 3 night storage heaters in the annexe ( a very large one in the living area plus the wall mounted electric fire, one in the kitchen area and one in the bedroom) plus the new full length heated towel rail in the bathroom. They heat the property throughout the day and were set at 22degrees. I can’t understand why two were apparently not working as they’d been checked by an electrician the week previously. There is also another portable heater if necessary, as I pointed out. Last week was particularly cold after the lovely weekend when you arrived and got sunburnt. Fortunately we didn’t have snow like parts of the country. I can’t understand why the tv reception was poor. If we had been notified, we could have sorted that out. I’m sorry your stay wasn’t so good but if you had let us know we would have endeavoured to resolve the problems. Property Owner

The property was spotless and well furnished. As my wife has limited mobility being all on one level was great. Plenty of space to move about. Quite location in a small village just over a mile from Pembroke town. Beaches close by with stunning views of the Welsh coastline. Lovely patio out back, sadly we were there at the end of October and could not use it but would have been great for the summer evenings. Try Sunday lunch in the pub 2 minutes walk away stunning. Will certainly recommend the property to friend's and hopefully we Will be able to return one day.

Thank you for you lovely review. It was wonderful to meet you and I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay. Property Owner

So clean and very light and airy. The furnishings are lovely with a seaside feel. Sofas and bed particularly comfy! The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Sometimes you find something is missing that you could do with but not here! Liz and Dai are lovely people and willing to do anything to make sure you enjoy your stay. Although the cottage adjoins their bungalow it is very enclosed with its own patio and garden. Lovely to sit out with a glass of something after a day’s sightseeing! Well worth a visit!
