Very clean and well maintained.

Close to the beach. Preparing a meal bit difficult as no oven but plenty of takeaways and places nearby to eat out. Great for a dog as patio enclosed and safe. Welcome pack lovely and much appreciated. Thank you.

Lovely location.

Well equipped. Excellent hosts. Spotlessly clean. Extra bonus is Lokky's restaurant very close by. The Annex is ideal for couples preferring to eat out. Outside seating area was a bonus. Roomy bedroom and bathroom although living and cooking area is rather compact. We would return.

Kitchen/sofa area too small and felt very closed in, but the bathroom and bedroom are a nice size.

Mattress and pillows hard. Very clean and everything you need provided, even batteries. I do think a different photo needs to be taken, as the photo shows the large bungalow attached, not the annex.

The Annex was lovely and comfortable and the welcome pack was a great surprise.

It was all spotlessly clean . The enclosed garden was great for the dog. We did think that the photo of the property was a little misleading though because The Annex is only a small part of the building.

Not having a car next time closer to the amenities. But overall apart from the weather enjoyed our stay

Lovely annex with a modern feel.

Everything you need for a two person stay with thoughtful touches, such as the excellent welcome box. Although we didn’t meet our hosts, they were very attentive via messages and we knew they would be available should we need them. We would would definitely stay here again.

It was a cosy clean annexe perfect for our needs.

A great base to walk into Saundersfoot or Kilgetty. The facilities were great and the host was very friendly and approachable. She messaged before, during and after to make sure we had everything that was needed. There was a welcome basket to start our holiday with which was a lovely touch as I always forget to bring milk! There’s loads to do in the area and lots of great places to eat. We love Pembrokeshire, the people are lovely, it’s dog friendly and the coastline is amazing!!

Spotlessly clean and well equipped.

The advertising of the property makes it appear that the accommodation is the whole of the bungalow but it is only the right hand side with access at the rear. This is not the owners fault and I would recommend that this is clearly highlighted. I obviously missed it. Having said that, the Annex was perfect for us as a couple and our small dog. There wasn’t an oven, just an induction ring, microwave and air fryer. We managed okay but again I would point this out.

Lovely place to stay, very clean everything you need and more, really good location only a few minutes to the beaches.

Great communication with the hosts first class. I will be going back.

We older generation and not used to cooking with air fryer and micro wave' Noisy bed. But apart from that we enjoyed are stay.

Lovely little annex, spotlessly clean, great location in between Tenby and Saundersfoot, dog friendly and a lovely welcoming pack, fully informed of any issues, which there weren't, 2 TV,s wi fi and a fabulous shower.

Everything great, quiet, adequate accommodation.

Modern and spotlessly clean. 2 Smart TV'S which we got the hang of. Great location for Tenby, Saundersfoot, Wisemans Bridge, Laugharne, St David's, Solva, and beautiful Cresselly Quays, The Cresswell Arms, Lawrenny which are in the Pembrokeshire National Park. Ideal for 'going round the block' with our little dog, just turn left up the hill a little.

Spotlessly clean annexe, comfortable bed.

Would have liked a bit more dining space and missed having a hob, but otherwise perfect for us. Friendly and helpful hosts and good location with outside seating space and parking .

This is a nice cosy property great for a singles or couples.

It is a great place for a base to travel to Tenby, Pembroke and Saundersfoot. Although food shopping is in the next village Kilgetti the petrol station does carry the essentials.

We have just returned from a lovely Christmas break.

The Annex is small but we managed with no problems at all. It has all the mod cons anybody could need . We even managed ro cook a lovely Christmas dinner . I'd happily give 10 out of 10 for everything. We was even left Mince pies ,prosecco and there was Milk in the fridge for us. There are lots of places to visit and the people who own the Annex are lovely .❤️

It’s perfect for a couple and 1 dog! Was so well maintained and clean and the owner so nice. She left fresh milk and Welsh cake…… delicious

Initial photo of property very deceiving.

One window on far right of property is all you have. Fabulous shower with plenty of huge towels. Bedroom very nice but kitchen dining and lounge area leaves much to be desired....uncomfortable to sit uncomfortable to eat.....kitchen area so tiny nowhere to put foodstuff. Lying on bed was the only comfy place to watch TV....if you could figure out the WiFi! Disappointed .

The property was very clean and tidy - be aware it’s a very small living room area with two uncomfortable chairs - advise either changing them or put memory foam cushions on them as we spent more time sitting on the bed for comfort, the chairs had metal studs on armrests that hurt arms and hurt back of legs sitting down ( I brought memory foam cushion seat from car to put on it The living area / kitchen is very small just be aware of that - although excellently fitted out and very clean.

Bedding area can not fault it excellent Nice clean bedding was supplied All kitchen utilities were nice and clean Nice back area to sit outside Not far from saundersfoot and Wisemans beach Good parking area Overall it was nice but very small - looks larger in photos The lady text us on arrival and departure easy to get key from key box I’d say lovely clean place but very small area to sit in on wet days, with uncomfortable seats that was my only criticism- seating as it was raining a bit whilst there and bed was comfier to sit on than seats Unfortunately we had to leave day earlier due to bereavement in family Would I go again - yes if seating changed Very clean property

We were very happy with all aspects of our stay at this cottage and the hosts were very attentive.

Owner was in touch on the morning of the holiday just to welcome us and to let us know if we need anything to get in touch .

Holiday accommodation was very small but had everything we needed , bed very comfortable . Garden furniture not so , very low chairs and no cushions also barbecue missing that was stated in listing but owner has apologised for this .We had a very good week evenwith the weather .

our only comment would be that more light in the kitchen area would be appreciated apart from that very happy with our stay

What a lovely find.

Immaculate property, very clean and tidy. Lots of little touches such as welcome pack of Welsh cakes, tea, coffee, sugar and milk after a long journey. Even bits for the dog to include dog bowls and dog blanket. Lovely comfortable king size bed. I loved the bedding so much I bought some!!

The annexe was a lovely place to stay.

It was beautifully clean and welcoming. The facilities at the property were excellent and the owners couldn't have been more friendly and accessible to any questions. A handy visitors pack and the lovely condition of the property meant we had no questions we needed to ask and certainly no complaints. Easily five out of five stars.

Absolutely spotless accommodation, had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

The patio and surrounding area was fab as it was fully enclosed and we enjoyed a cup of coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine early evenings, enjoying the beautiful Pembrokeshire weather ❤️. We could not fault The Annex, tastefully decorated, gorgeous shower and we slept well in the most comfortable bed. Sheena and Mark are exceptional hosts. Sheena was extremely responsive to any questions I had and even went above and beyond to decorate the accommodation with banners and balloons for my husband's birthday and also organised a beautiful birthday cake! Saundersfoot is extremely close by, and Tenby about 5 mins away. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and for making my husband's birthday so special. We will definitely be back, thank you Jo, Ian and Freddie x

Just perfect for us.

Property beautifully designed with high quality furnishings and fittings. Very well equipped with lovely towels and bedding. Close to many beaches, walks and places of interest. Enclosed patio perfectly safe for our little dog.

Everywhere beautifully kept and maintained.

Bedroom and bathroom excellent. Lounge/kitchen area extremely small and chairs very uncomfortable. Breakfast bar with high stools not really suitable for clients of our age. Lovely annex for younger people but we wouldn't return.

We had a lovely stay at the annex, the property was everything we needed to enjoy our weekend in Pembrokeshire.

The property is very well located to within a 20 miles radius of fabulous sights, with gorgeous Tenby only down the road (worth spending a day there). Very tastefully decorated (I might have got a few ideas from it

My husband and I spent a long weekend at the Annexe 10th February 2024 for our 10 year wedding anniversary.

It is a beautiful place, everything you need, decorated tastefully with attention to detail. So clean it is exceptional. A home from home - the bed is really comfortable and we felt so relaxed there and both slept really well. We went to Tenby and Saundersfoot (which is not far at all)with our dog Oscar. He especially liked swimming in the sea. We had sunny days whilst we were there so that was a bonus. You wont be disappointed if you book here - I cant stress enough how lovely the property is. This property is just ideal for a couple and a base to explore the area.

I had family in nearby Tenby and it turned out perfect for me. It's good to have your own parking and provision shops nearby, oh yes and I slept so well too. I will be back

Lovely, clean, well presented, modern holiday let, all on one level.

Easy to find and driveway parking a bonus. Good location and on the bus route with the bus stop nearby, so great for visiting places without having to worry about parking. Dog friendly with enclosed rear garden. Easy check in with key safe system. Good selection of take aways that deliver because who wants to cook when on holiday. Petrol station next door with a shop that is open until 7pm for anything you need or have forgotten.
