Fabulous place to stay.

Plenty of space, with three well sized bedrooms. What looks like a newly installed bath and shower room was lovely. The kitchen is a great size with a big table for meals or playing holiday games with family and friends. The location is ideal with everything relatively close by - beach, coastal walks, Cullen town and a great ice cream shop.

I can confirm the bathroom upgrade is complete , with a bath and separate shower cubicle with a very nice shower and great water pressure.

Property needs a makeover, bath needs to be supported underneath when you shower is feels like it is going to collapse when you stand at the shower end, shower screen leaks water as a result the wooden bath panel is showing the signs of rotting, dishwasher does not work properly we tried a couple of times but ended up having to take the dishes out and hand wash them, all the radiators show sighns of leaking at the valves,we enjoyed our stay, everthing was clean and tidy, but it is looking tired.
