We had a fantastic stay at Newseat.

The house is large with plenty space for a big group. We liked that there were two living areas so we didn’t feel like we were in each others feet. Both were comfortable and had nice added extras like dvds and board games. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty storage and room to hang clothes. En-suites in most rooms were a bonus too. The kitchen was really well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The large fridge and freezer was great. The kids we had with us loved playing in the garden area. Communication with the owner was good and access to the property was clearly explained. We’d love to stay again!

It was a lovely place to stay.

Plenty of bathrooms for our group of 12 and a good balance of rooms. The kitchen had everything we could need to cook for big groups and was beyond our expectations. The location is wonderful, getting to Hunty for shopping was easy enough. The sitting room and kitchen offered plenty of space for us to all spend time together as well as the wonderful fireplaces helping making the space super cosy. The only downside was the variety in mattresses, not all provided the best night sleep for our party. Aside from that, the main gate has a big gap under it so the dog could get out easily. It would be great if that was closed off making the yard completly enclosed
