Lossiemouth Bay Cottage

Loved our stay at this beautiful house, only have one suggestion and that is maybe to supply a large brush and shovel this would have helped to keep kitchen floor and bathroom floor a bit more tidier.

.. We will definitely book again..

Stunning house , exceeded expectations , everything you need for a break away , can walk into Lossiemouth

We all had a great holiday and loved the accomadation.

Plenty of room and with 3 on suites perfect for large family. Cottage was clean and spacious with plenty of tvs so no argument about what to watch. Overall fantastic but take your on hairdryer. Will definitely return in future Lossiemouth and surrounding area beautiful with plenty of lovely walks.

The house was lovely nice warm and comfortable .

More kitchen utensils required. Didn't spoil our stay. Rebooted for next year.

Ok so it was a great property, very spacious well designed and comfortable.

Lovely and cool features, showers and bath amazing, some unique and interesting features. 5 star all over but there were some small maintenance issues needing checked. 2 toilet seats should be replaced - Orange bedroom en-suite & Utility WC. The kitchen tap needs tightened probably underneath and the panel under the oven fell off easily. The roof terrace didn't look safe and we didnt not try to access, though it was never good enough weather and there is a dead seagull on it. I would say the sofas in the area next to the kitchen were a little small (we are big people!!). A smart TV would be ideal somewhere, they are a little dated. We never worked out how to connect to the internal internet but we had decent 4g signal. Overall we loved the house. Cheers!

The house was lovely plenty of room , the cleanliness was very good except for the dinning room chairs they were covered in stains, n could do with a good clean.

Spacious, clean & warm.

Slippers, dressing gowns & some toiletries were provided. There were some slight issues due to us being the first people in after the winter eg not enough crockery. However, those issues were quickly resolved. There were only 6 dining chairs when the property is for 8. This wasn't an issue for us. Presumably that could have also been resolved if needed. There was no internet access initially. Apparently if you book through Sykes it is free; if you book through caravan park it isn't. There wasn't a TV in each room as advertised. Also there was no smart TV; at least none that was working.There was a DVD player, although none was advertised. The snooker table went down well. Although in the middle of a caravan park, it was quiet. This may not be the case in high season. There was no file with tourist information & instruction manuals, which you would expect from Sykes. Good views from the upstairs sitting room.

This is a lovely cottage for a holiday break.

The location is perfect and a stunning part of Scotland. A special thanks must go to Xana and Tony, whose hard work keeps this place immaculate. My only criticism is, the snooker table is a main feature of the lovely cottage. The table, desperately needs recovered and cushions replaced, Nevertheless I would certainly recommend this cottage.

The property was amazing perfect for our family getaway .

Loads of space , the snooker table was great for the family . There should maybe be a sign up saying it's a holiday home as we had a few people think it was reception . Had a wee issue with WiFi but the staff did get it sorted. Also cleaning supplies are very limited. So just remember to take with you . We will most definitely return in the future.

We needed advice on the house and Tony came within minutes and resolved my question. He was so friendly and helpful telling us about Silver Sands and the local area. They are are credit to the company.

Wonderful house.

Would be interested to know background to wooden decoration and especially the inner door. Couch in upstairs living room sticky and mirror in downstairs bedroom covered in fingerprints. Apart from that the house was very comfortable.

Hi, We really enjoyed our stay at your property but a few minor issues would improve it further.

We were surprised that there was not a small supply of cleaning items for the kitchen, and having to buy a bag of dishwasher tablets and washing up equipment was a pain. We also didn't understand why we couldn't access the upstairs balcony area or hot tub. If these are off limits for a specific reason it would be helpful to know. The downstairs yard was rather uninviting and adding some greenery would have been a bonus. Finally, one of the toilet seats was broken on arrival. This would have been easy to address before we arrived. I hope these comments are helpful.

Fantastic holiday home.

Beautiful decor, comfort 100%. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay, re booked for a second holiday during our stay, yes its that good. Highly recommend.

We had a great holiday.

We were a party of 4 adults and 4 children. The rooms where great sizes and there was plenty space for us all to enjoy. The kids had a great time. We were a bit disappointed that the swimming pool was closed and we were not advised of this until the day we were due to arrive and also would have been nice to have the use of the hot tub but this was not available. The only thing I would say is that the rooms don't have curtains/ blackout blinds so it's a bit more difficult to get a good lie in. Overall it was a great stay and a great location.

Simply fantastic, brand new structure equipped with all comforts.

Pleasant stay definitely to be redone if I get the chance
