Duke Cottage is a charming Victorian retreat situated within the grounds of Easton Farm Park, near the picturesque Suffolk & Essex Coast & Heaths National Landscape.

With off-road parking, free entry to the farm park and welcoming two well-behaved dogs, this delightful abode is perfect for families or friends seeking a countryside escape near Wickham Market.

Step inside to find a well-equipped kitchen with cool tiled flooring underfoot—ideal for preparing everything from picnic lunches to hearty evening meals.

Pictures on the walls lend a homely feel, while the flow leads naturally into the dining room, where a wooden table and chairs invite you to gather, share stories, and spread out maps to plan the day’s adventures.

The sitting room offers a relaxed space to unwind, with wooden flooring, two leather sofas, and artwork that reflects the character of the cottage.

Whether you're curling up with a book or enjoying a film, it's a place to pause and recharge.

All three bedrooms are carpeted, offering comfort and warmth.

Two king-size rooms provide a peaceful retreat, while the third—a family room with twin beds and two pull-out beds—features exposed wooden beams that hint at the cottage’s heritage.

A family bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC serves the sleeping quarters, while two ground-floor cloakrooms with basins and WCs add convenience for busy mornings.

Step outside into the shared garden, where the barbecue crackles and the furniture invites you to relax.

Set within Easton Farm Park, the cottage offers a front-row seat to farm life—children can roam freely, while adults soak in the sights and sounds of grazing animals, cheerful visitors, and Suffolk’s serene countryside.

As the sun dips low, the scent of grilled food mingles with the fresh country air, and the gentle hum of the farm becomes the soundtrack to your evening.

Duke Cottage isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place to experience, where the rhythms of rural life unfold just beyond your doorstep.

Lovely cottage with plenty of space for 5 of us .

Only downsides are stairs a bit tricky if you have a mobility problem and our mattress wasn’t very comfortable . Would recommend staying there and the price was amazing including entry to the farm park. Nice pub only a couple of minutes away with excellent food .

We had a WONDERFUL time staying at Duke Cottage.

It is a really lovely old victorian building with many original features which were exciting to discover. Beds were comfortable and it was a lovely touch to find milk and bread when we arrived. The co-op in nearby Wickham Market was good for all groceries with lots of parking and we also went to the fish and chip shop there one evening and that was delicious. Being on the farm was really lovely. After the park closed to the public we enjoyed walking round and seeing the animals and had bought bags of food from the site shop so we could feed the sheep and goats. The location is idyllic with a river winding through the fields and views over open farmland. Ideal for nature lovers. Thank you for a truly amazing stay. We highly recommend you to anyone who would like to stay!

A lovely warm cottage greeted us after driving through "Storm Claudia".

!! It was well equipped for all our needs. To be able to walk around the Park and meet all the animals was a bonus.
