The cottage is dated and very dirty.

The garden furniture hasn't been cleaned in years - we didn't use it. Shower can't be adjusted so scalding hot, bathroom clearly has damp issues. Bed in the single room was stained, couldn't open the window. Booked for 2 weeks - no interim clean. Welcome tray consisted of UHT milk - there are 2 local shops! Dog treats - we didn't take a dog and make no mention of one on the booking form so a bizarre item to leave. Bottle of Prosecco and biscuits - these were enjoyed. Shame as the cottage is in a lovely location but it doesn't deliver!

Perfect location for Aldeburgh and neighbouring locations.

The house is comfortable and well equipped with the bonus of a courtyard garden.

We had a really lovely stay.

The back door could really do with a curtain to pull across for the winter. We filled the gaps with napkins ! Likewise wet room window. None of the above spoilt our holiday. Location was good. The dog had wonderful walks
