The property is in very good condition and includes two large double bedrooms, a comfortable and modern bathroom and a very large lounge/kitchen/dining area.

The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a washing machine (not sure if it does drying) in the property. We manly prepared our own meals, but there are local pubs which do dining. The property is well maintained and looked after which makes it easy to clean up at the end of the holiday. The property, with its central location in the north of Suffolk, is handy for visiting anywhere within the Norfolk/Suffolk area being only a couple of miles from the main A140 between the A14 and Norwich. Its rural location makes it very quiet. In summary, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable week stopping here.

I rented this cottage for a family get together for our daughter son in law and grand daughters for my wifes 70th birthday and they love the property .
