The Southwold Loft

Excellent accomodation as long as you are happy with the stairs to the second floor.

We would definitely book again if staying in Southwold.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well situated property on the edge of a beautiful town.

We enjoyed our stay at The Loft.

It comfortable and well appointed. Just be prepared for 4 flights of stairs but well worth the effort once you are in.

A fan would be very welcome for the bedroom

A comfortable, well appointed delightful apartment in a quiet area of Southwold.

Has everything you need. Great location to easily walk to the centre and beach. Plenty of on street parking. Ideal base for exploring the surrounding area.

We thought the accommodation was excellent my only criticism would be the taps and shower fittings were in a poor state due to a built up of lime scale

We have stayed in many holiday lets and this rates as one of the best if not the best.

Ideally situated in the town with every thing you would want to make an excellent holiday. We will return.

This has to rate as the best self catering we've ever stayed in, and we've stayed in a few over the last 30 years.

Everything had been thought of and was of a good standard. The apartment was light, airy and comfortable, and the bed also very comfortable. Southwold was a delight too and the pier and stunning beach only a few minutes walk from the property. I'm planning our next visit already.

A wonderful apartment!

A home from home in a lovely location. Very well maintained. Fantastic facilities. Thank you for the welcome gift. We would highly recommend this apartment. Only thing I would say is to give slightly clearer instructions about how to open the front door.

As this was our 12th visit to the Loft it is obvious we love it.

The flat is beautifully maintained and has many extras which we appreciate. It is a joy to stay there.

Southwold is the first time we have used a Sykes Holiday property.

If they are all as high a standard as this one, we will have no worries in booking another. The furniture and decor were comfortable. The whole apartment light and airy. Everything was in the apartment we could ever need. Again all top quality. Superb!

There was no gas available, so we couldn’t cook the food we purchased.

As your phones are not manned after 5pm there was nothing we could do. Food in bin.

One of the cleanest and most comfortable apartments I have stayed in.

Fantastic location in Southwold...quiet but not far away from all local amenities. Perfect position for the Pier. Would definitely go back to Southwold and would stay in this apartment again.

Very comfortable, clean, spacious flat within walking distance of the sea & town.

We loved The Southwold Loft.

It was spacious and attractive, fully equipped and decorated in a stylish fashion. It was also very quiet and handy for the town. A great find!

11th annual stay, need I say more?

Lovely flat which we look forward to staying in as our second home. It is really comfortable and all the fixtures and fittings are high end. It is also cared for to a very high standard by the owners and cleaned beautifully by the Best of Suffolk staff. We love it and anyone would. We will be back next year of course.

A really well appointed and spacious apartment, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable.

It is by far the best standard of accommodation that we’ve enjoyed in Southwold! Thank you

The Southwold Loft lived up to all the write ups and we had a great stay.

The accommodation is spacious, well equipped and ideal for 2. We have stayed elsewhere in Pier Avenue in the past and were delighted to find and book the Loft for a return visit to Southwold after 5 years away. The Loft is ideally suited for a stroll into town to enjoy all Southwold has to offer. Would highly recommend this property.

First class accommodation, spacious, quality fixtures and fittings, very comfortable.

Close to the sea and town, i would highly recommend The Southwold Loft.

Great place to stay in Southwold.

Nice property with everything needed for a few nights' stay. Very convenient for shopping, access to seafront and restaurants. Easy parking in road just outside property.

Wow!

! A lovely apartment and very spacious. The quality of everything was superb. In a quiet area and perfectly positioned for the town and sea front. Would definitely stay again.

Warm, comfy stay a stones throw from the sea front.

Lovely coffee house and amazing pies from the delicatessens in town. Loved our stay.

We stayed here in August so knew what to expect as far as the property was concerned.

There were a few Christmas touches dotted around the living room and we were left a bottle of champagne, scrummie truffles, nuts & bag of coffee which was wonderful. The property is excellent with really good appliances, comfortable bed etc etc and each room spacious. If the two of us were to visit Southwold again we would choose The Loft. Obviously it only sleeps two people so if my sister and partner holidayed with us we'd have to look for larger accommodation
