Really enjoyed our stay.

Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in the area. The house itself was lovely, nothing bad to say at all. Beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything in it you’d need. Lounge was fab, plus the extra sitting room was great if you wanted quiet. Welcome gifts were extremely thoughtful. We met both of the owners and they were super friendly and nice too. Overall was more than happy with our stay, would definitely return if we are back in the area.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage.

It was clean, comfortable and warm. Lovely walks to be had from the property and towns to visit nearby. Property owners couldn't do more to welcome us. Thanks for a great break in Sussex. Emma

We very much enjoyed our holiday at Newstead Farmhouse, which was ideally located to explore the South Downs and Sussex generally.

The property has been thoughtfully renovated in recent years and has very nice bathrooms with great showers, plenty of hot water and efficient heating with a log burner for atmosphere in the evenings. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and was very clean. The garden and the recently upgraded west facing terrace were pleasant places to sit and relax. The owners who live next door were very friendly and welcoming. We would love to return in the future sometime!
