Apple Pod

pod was everything we hoped and more.

Cosy, comfortable, very clean. Great asset having a tv and all the channels. So we could relax in the evening. Loved the enclosed garden for a little dog. Bonus watching the horses and rabbits, kept us entertained! We definitely will be back next year for a few more days. The homemade jam etc was a lovely gesture. We absolutely loved the peace and quiet this property offers. The owners have thought of everything. Definitely recommend to our friends and family x

The Apple pod was a perfect place for a short stay.

Great facilities - everything needed - friendly owners, horses in the adjacent field and yes - a tree with lots of apples on it. Yapton itself is nothing special although it has a useful shop and unfortunately a lot of the local footpaths are currently closed. Nevertheless it is very well placed for visiting Littlehampton, Bognor and Arundel. Quiet beaches at Climping and Middleton are walkable to at 3-4 miles as well as the railway station at Barnham.

This pod is a little slice of heaven.

Perfect from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We loved being in the presence of the horses during the day and then delighted watching the many rabbits, foxes and birds throughout the evening. The pod was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We’ll be back!!

We had a wonderful stay in the super Pod!

Thank you to Pauline and Paul for their warm welcome (and goodies on arrival!). We loved the privacy of the Apple Pod, and were amazed how everything needed was cleverly packed into the space, without ever feeling cramped. We will certainly come again, to enjoy the quirky experience, and visit numerous places nearby that we didn't have time for on this occasion.

We absolutely loved our stay at Apple Pod!

The pod is hidden away so it feels really private with just the horses and rabbits for company. We loved sitting out on the decking in the evenings. The facilities inside were great and all very clean. Thank you for a lovely stay - we only wished we could have stayed longer!

Third time with have stayed and we would highly recommend.

The location is fantastic, not far from Arundel, Littlehampton and totally dog friendly! Shall be booking shortly for next year.

A lovely pod with everything included, homemade goodies, dog towels, milk and warmth.

The outlook is relaxing with horses quietly grazing in the field opposite and the owners go out of there to make you welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. The bed is most comfortable and the shower hot. I shall certainly be returning

Fantastic long weekend of peaceful solitude.

The owner made it known upon arrival that she was available if needed and was found immediately when I had a missing item to supply it. They also kindly made it clear ahead of my departure that I didn’t have to rush out at the usual checkout time as their cleaner would not be there until later in the day. The only suggestion would be to provide a torch, especially in winter, as by their own admission the solar lights don’t really get enough sunlight to charge them and the path to the pod from the car park and the drive/road itself can be pretty dark. All in all, a wonderful weekend and I’d love to return.

Such a lovely peaceful place to stay in accommodation that had all the amenities that you would need and personal gifts from the hosts Pauline and Paul who were very welcoming and kept in touch with us on a daily basis for any needs we may require.

There are so many lovely places to visit within a short driving distance.

Lovely pod and very clean and comfortable.

Lovely bottle of prosecco and milk in the fridge. There was tea,coffee and biscuits also available which goes a long way. We also had the pleasure of meeting the Lovely horses. We would highly recommend.

We had a lovely holiday, the surroundings were very beautiful and peaceful.

Our new dog Buddy dog enjoyed himself too. We would highly recommend booking one of the pods. As it gives you great access to Arundel, Littlehampton and further afield it you wish. The pods have everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Extremely comfortable and cosy. This was our second stay and we shall be returning again next year. As we still have plenty more places to visit in West and East Sussex. The vibe is perfect for us

This was absolutely perfect for me & my fiancé . Ideal for couples wanting to escape the hustle & bustle of everyday life . I really enjoyed my stay in The Apple Pod.

It was spotlessly clean and all the facilities were of a high standard. The bed was so comfortable and the countryside was beautiful. My dog loved the garden and field. Will definitely stay there again and lovely hosts who provided gorgeous homemade blackberry Jam,gin and vodka along with a bottle of Prosecco. Perfect

Overall was a brilliant stay, very clean and accommodating owners.

Lots of local goodies to try. Only issue had was low hot water temperature. Being the time of year it is I assume it was to be affected. However everything else was a 5*

I absolutely loved my stay here.

The pod was so cosy and had everything I could have wanted and needed, for me and my dog. The homemade blackcurrant jam and vodka were a very special touch. Pauline was lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful and hospitable. I will definitely be coming to stay again!

Apple Pod….

Just outside the front door are horses grazing, rabbits and squirrels jumping around, then the odd fox strolling across the meadow. All of great interest to our whippet, Molly. The owners are really nice, we had some lovely chats. Apple Pod is a lovely cosy and comfortable place to relax, enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Thank you Pauline & Paul for a lovely stay.

Everything was exceptional, including extras to make our stay memorable.

It was great to holiday with our dog.

The local village was great for nights in and the beaches and pubs were all dog friendly. Our only quibble was that the WiFi had poor signal and the booster had a different password

A beautiful peaceful setting surrounded by nature.

The welcoming touches of home made produces and the bottle of fizz were lovely. The owners are there if you need them and happy to share their local knowledge. This is certainly a dog friendly letting.

Apple Pod is a fantastic little place to stay for two.

It is extremely comfortable,very clean and has everything you could need for a short break.It has a lovely view from the front doors overlooking fields.Pauline is very friendly and provides special little extras which were very welcoming.We took our dog with us who really enjoyed being aloud to run freely around the big field opposite when the lovely horses were in the other fields.Would love to visit again.

The owners were were extremely welcoming and generous with their time and all the little extras that made this a very memorable stay and the horses were an added bonus.

Apple pod is the ideal get away from it all property.

With front doors looking onto a field you have a high level of privacy. The pod is extremely well equipped and comfortable. The bed is just the job to snuggle down in. Pauline and Paul are really lovely hosts and are happy to assist during your stay. Unfortunately, we didn't have the best weather but it was lovely and snug inside the pod. I was really impressed by the property and hope to return again. I highly recommend pod life.

What a fabulous little pod!

This was the first time we had taken our dog away so we were a bit nervous how he would be. He loved it! Having use of the field immediately outside the pod was a really great extra and he burnt off his energy sniffing and running about. Everything was very clean and all we could have wanted for a few days away. We are already planning our return visit!!

Amazing holiday pod, fantastic for dogs as it has its own fenced garden and you can use the field opposite when the horses aren’t there.

The pod is modern, stylish and very comfortable. A home from home as it has everything you need!

The only reason "comfort" isnt 5 stars as well is because the sofa is not very comfy.

Other than that.... We LOVED the Pod!

The pod was great a lovely setting very relaxing and peaceful ,great short heat away.

The pod is very clean and comftable as well as homely our dog loved it . Owner was so friendly and helpful about local points of interest Is in a great position to get to local villages and towns as well as the sea. A wonderful stay we will be going back soon.

Apple Pod was perfect for a short stay for two with our dog.

The Pod was spotless, there was just enough space for storage, and enough kitchen equipment for us to cook if we wanted. The Prosecco, milk and homemade blackberry jam and gin were welcome surprises. We had a very relaxing stay, which is just what we were looking for. Two minor points - the wifi did disconnect quite frequently, and the toilet paper holder was in an awkward position - but otherwise the Pod was delightful.

Booked the Apple Pod as a last minute breakaway and we could not fault it!

Suited us and our little dog perfectly. Peaceful and quiet which is just what we were after. Lovely little touches and lovely hosts. Will definitely return.
