The property

This historic grades two star listed castle and part of English heritage is a unique luxury ground floor apartment which is located amongst enticing scenery in the market town of Stanhope, on the North East side of Weardale.

Perfect for a group of friends or a family wishing to get away from it all, this retreat is a true representation of tranquillity, both inside and out.

Described as the "Capital of Weardale", it occupies a sheltered position on the north side of the Wear at the confluence of the river and the Stanhope burn.
