Loved the village of Pately Bridge- the accommodation was very well situated to enjoy the village.

The pub, cafes, bakery and butchers are on the door step. Despite it’s close proximity to the village centre, it was a quiet courtyard. The free parking was helpful. The property was clean on arrival and comfortable. Unfortunately we experienced a leaking roof from a damp patch in the main bedroom which continually dripped when it rained at the foot of the bed. There was a lack of useable kitchen equipment, much of what was there was teflon scratched and not usable. The instruction symbols have worn off the oven so it was roulette as to what turned on what. A washing machine and drying rack would improve the cottage greatly. The downstairs is small, you cannot comfortably use the dining table without pushing the sofas into the kitchen.
