What guests are saying
The cottage was lovely, it could benefit with somewhere to dry clothes, maybe some hooks in the snug or hall.
The twin beds would benefit from having toppers. Really enjoyed the cottage and the stoves were a bonus, we would return. Central for getting about in the dales
The cottage was very comfortable and cozy, everything you needed for a very enjoyable stay in a great village location close to the pub, the waterfalls and local places to visit .
Pencroft was as advertised.
The cottage was clean and comfortable and had WiFi which pleased the grandchildren. The garden was pleasant and as the weather was so hot we sat out quite a lot. The owner was doing maintenance at the next door cottage while we were in the garden one day and we had a query about our fridge. He came straight in and sorted it for us. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday in a lovely cottage in a lovely village. I have booked with Sykes for several years now and this was the nicest cottage we have been to.
