Lottie's Loft

Lotties Loft is located very close to the centre of Grassington, convenient for cafes, shops and pub.

Despite that, we were never bothered by any noise. The cottage has lovely decor, everything looks and feels to be good quality. The shower, tv, window blinds, door locks etc. all worked well and the outside space was pleasant and well maintained. This is a small cottage but clever design and layout gave us plenty storage and clothes hanging space. Everything throughout the property was spotlessly clean. We look forward to visiting Lotties Loft again and highly recommend it.

Spotless , cosy and roomy at the same time .

Cute sheltered patio for evening sun. Up a quiet , scenic lane .Gorgeous surroundings and great base for Dales exploring .

Lovely apartment in the centre of Grassington.

The apartment was clean and well maintained and had everything you needed for a short break.

We were extremely happy with Lottie's Loft and would definitely recommend staying there.

It was suggested to us as a recommendation and we would definitely stay there again.

Once again a fantastic week spent in our favourite place.

Looking forward to our next visit in November.

We absolutely loved Lottie's Loft!

Accommodation was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location too. We'd definitely recommend Lottie's Loft.

Great studio for 2 people.

Lovely and clean and beautifully furnished, Lack of parking space is the only thing that lets it down

Perfect accommodation for exploring Grassington, bigger than it looks on the photos and there’s an additional dressing room which was really handy.

The outside patio is gorgeous for morning coffee, and the property itself is just a stones throw from the main square. Would definitely recommend and stay again ☺️

Perfect place to stay in Grassington.

Lotties Loft feels homely and has clean equipment fittings and surfaces.

Photographs do not do it justice. Simply tastefully fitted out, doer clean and a perfect for a winter break. Thank you

Excellent property , used it for many years

Once again a great break in Lotties loft.

Brilliantly located in the centre of the village with easy access to all amenities and walks. A home from home experience. We can't wait to return.

This is a comfortable well appointed flat close to the square at Grassington.

There are convenient shops and pubs and fish and chips. Perfect

We loved the loft, it was in the perfect location and very quiet.

It would be handy to have some recycling bags for cardboard, plastic etc. Would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay at Lottie’s Loft.

It’s a lovely, well kept property which is perfect for two people. Great location in the centre of Grassington which is a beautiful village. Even the weather was perfect this time. We’ll be back again at some point

A lovely cottage with everything we needed in a super location.

Great to have plenty of cutlery and crockery so we could use the dishwasher. Nice balcony and shared garden area.

Excellent high standard, spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished.

Personal attention to detail. Thank you to the owner of Lotties Loft for such a lovely place to stay, it’s a gem

Great location and beautifully clean and comfortable facility.

Lovely accommodation, clean, comfy with all the facilities you could wish for.

We loved our stay, we would highly recommend.

We loved it!

A great place in the heart of Grassington. Cosy, clean & very comfortable, with fabulous walks from the doorstep. We also had the added bonus of great weather. Lovely break!

A very pretty interior.

Extremely well equipped. Central location. Couldn't have enjoyed our stay more.

Lovely place in the centre of Grassington

Another amazing week in Lottie's Loft.

Such a beautiful apartment located in the heart of Grassington with fantastic walks in all directions. Can't wait to return.

Lottie's Loft is just a minutes walk from the main market square in Grassington.

The property is a first floor studio flat up a flight of stairs in Garrs Lane. The property has been recently tastefully furnished and equipped and is ideal for a couple for a short stay.

Perfect short get away for 2 plus dog.

Everything provided plus nice extras. Immaculately clean, well furnished, very stylish. Perfect location. Beautiful surroundings. Local pubs, excellent food, dog friendly. Lovely local shops. 10/10

Excellent small cottage for 2 people & in our case a small dog.

Superb position in centre of Grassington and for many local walks. Excellent pubs & bar, close to Fish & chip shop & very good Indian restaurant too.

We love Lotties loft and have recommended it to our many friends, we’ll definitely be going back 10/10

Lottie’s Loft was perfect for us and our dog.

Although small, a great deal of thought had gone into the furnishings and it was a very comfortable place to stay. Grassington is a beautiful village and our location was excellent, being close to the square. With the narrow lanes, parking was a bit of a challenge but the useful tips from the owner enabled us to always find a space. We loved the walks around Grassington, particularly to Linton Falls and the Strid. We highly recommend Lottie’s Loft.

Lottie’s Loft is a perfect little bolt hole located in the centre of the lovely village of Grassington with the village square and all the facilities on your doorstep.

The loft was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, the amenities provided were top notch ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the nice little touches like the welcome bottle of wine, crisps and chocolate much appreciated(Thankyou) Overall our stay at Lottie’s Loft was excellent and would highly recommend staying at this property.

This was our second stay at Lottie’s Loft.

The property was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. We appreciated the wine and snacks left by the owner. We had all the charms of Grassington on our doorstep and lots of great places to visit nearby. Definitely a place to come back to!

From day one Power cut.

Very noisy generator outside for two days then road works starting drilling at 7.30 all week Car parking difficult lucky to get space on arrival I did not use car all week as didn’t want to lose space. So could not venture out and see other places as I could lose parking space Mattress needs to be firmer it was so soft got a back ache.

A lovely clean and very well equipped property close to all the amenities.

The only thing that needs changing is the mattress on the bed as it is very soft and is like sleeping on a half inflated airbed. A couple of nights on it is enough for your back. Otherwise this property is a 10 out of 10.

A beautiful and well equipped cottage right in the centre of the village.

Very homely and comfortable with everything we could have needed. We would definitely book again.

Very comfy and well equipped with extra touches

The property is ideally situated in the centre of Grassington with all its amenities.

There is no parking but there is a car park not too far away and you can pay for the week, you can unload and load your vehicle outside the property so it wasn’t an issue. The property is vey comfortable and has everything you should need for your stay.

Lottie's loft is perfect for two.

It is so well thought out.I would highly recommend it. Thankyou to the owner for a lovely stay.

Lottie's Loft was beautifully presented, and is probably one of our favourite holiday spots.

Grassington has everything you might need on a self catering holiday except for free parking which is in short supply. That said we will be back.

Lovely quality furnishings.

Super clean. Sue has thought of everything one might need. The bed is super comfy and bedding is gorgeous. This apartment is perfectly situated and loved returning to it each evening it was perfect. Lovely pubs to eat in, we enjoyed the quality of food in the foresters even if it wasn’t the smartest. The fish shop next door to us was excellent. We spoke to lots of people and all pubs did great food. Lots of tea shops. This is a great base for a walking holiday which we did.

First time staying in lotties loft ,what a stunning apartment Super clean super comfy super cosy In a great location close to all the amenities Sue the owner is delightful and very helpful Will definitely be returning

Everything that we hoped it would be and then some.

Great wee find and will definately be back.

I really enjoyed our stay, the layout was very good.

Well presented, deco lovely Everything was there just like home. And very clean. Thanyou so much Mrs nikki dwyer

My stay was the second time in Lottie's Loft, so obviously everything had been fine.

From the road outside one wouldn't guess that such a pleasant place is inside, but it is. Light, well kept, comfortable and very close to the main square, pubs etc. Highly recommended.

Fabulous location, Lotties Loft had everything I needed for a one week stay in fact far more kitchen ware needed for 2 people.

The mattress was a little soft for my liking. Thanks for everything Mrs. Smallwood.

Lovely, well equipped, well furnished, apartment in the centre of Grassmere.

Parking nearby might be a challenge in high season.

Lovely, relaxing stay in an unexpectedly sunny week in January!

Very cosy, warm and comfortable with some little extras that we appreciated. Thank you for the prompt action to sort out the TV! Would 100% definitely return.

Lovely little bolt hole with a well equipped kitchen and useful little dressing room.

Great base for exploring Grassington and the surrounding areas

This was a lovely place to stay .

The wine , crisps and chocolates were a really kind touch from the host . Also the Alexa and smart TV made it home from home . The location was fantastic. I would definitely recommend any family / friends to stay here if visiting Grassington.

The properties location just off the main square in Grassington is excellent.

The accommodation is 5 star and so cosy for a winter break. The complimentary bottle of wine when we arrived was a lovely touch especially as it was our anniversary.

We had a wonderful stay at Lotties Loft.

Everything was comfortable and cosy. The heating was very welcome as the weather turned cold while we stayed. It was so good to come back to a cosy space after a long day out walking in the Dales. We are already looking at booking again next year.

We've stayed before and will stay again!

Perfect location for local facilities and amazing walks. The property is clean, comfortable and has all you need for a great stay in Wharfedale.

we absolutely love this place , second time we've been and will definitely be going again .

Just perfect .

A lovely place to stay in a great location, right in the centre of the village.

Lots of thoughtful touches by the property owner. The torches in the bedside drawers were very handy in the night, and the larger torch when the lights went out in the whole village one night! The property is next door to the chippy, and the staff there were lovely when we used it on our last night, too. Also had nice meals in both The Devonshire and The Black Horse. I think we may well make it back sometime soon.

Another fantastic stay at this fantastic place, both Lotties loft and Blacksmiths cottage are amazing right in the heart of Grassington village.

Everything you need is supplied by the lovely owner. We will be definitely be back again and again.

This may be nit picking but the bed was ridiculously soft.

Apart from that the loft is lovely we’ll done out and spotless right in the centre of the village. There however were no details about parking. I know it said we could park in the square but that’s restricted to two hours. It cost us to park the car in the car park just outside the village. The square car park was always full anyway. This should be pointed out

Lotties loft was just perfect, clean ideal location and absolutely everything you needed was there.

It was so homely and the bed was very comfortable Thanks had a great holiday.

Having stayed at many holiday cottages, I rate Lottie's Loft highly.

Nicely decorated, plenty of light, a comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities, clean and at the heart of lovely Grassington.

When we arrived at the property it was spotless and everything that we needed was there.

The vaulted ceiling was great . Loved the fact that it was so close to the centre of the village. The only problem we had was parking ( they where filming All creatures great and small ) which was interesting. We will definitely book again (soon)

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped.

Love the added addition of Alexa, it was useful. This was our second stay at Lottie's loft and we were glad we booked it again.

Stated for 4 nights over Easter weekend.

Lottie's Loft is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. We loved the decor and were amazed at how good the kitchen area is. We ate in two nights out of 4 because the loft is so pleasant. We also enjoyed sitting in the sun out the back, too. The bed was very comfortable and there were lots of nice additions such as books and an Alexa. Lots of dishes, mugs and cutlery. Everything of a high quality and a high standard of cleanliness. The location is excellent, being so close to Grassington Square. We loved it. Thank you.

A credit to the owners a well appointed bolthole with extra special features and a great location in the centre of Grassington

Our third visit and waiting to go again!

Perfect in every way.

We have mostly enjoyed our week in Lottie’s Loft.

I did leave a note for Susan, to advise her that we felt the bathroom really could do with a waste bin and the DVD player did not work at all. It might be an age thing, but we both found the sofa really quite uncomfortable because is sinks down very low, so being sitting at anytime was not good. However, the kitchen was extremely well equipped and we, again, enjoyed the fun of having an Alexa. The bottle of wine & snacks were much appreciated, so please pass on our grateful thanks to Susan for this kind gesture.

What a wonderful little studio apartment - really welcoming & cosy & a great location to walk from & explore the area.

Very well equipped & beautifully presented. Grassington is a delight with shops, pubs & restaurants on your doorstep. We would love to return to Lottie's Loft. My only reservation would be that a dog is allowed - as dog lovers ourselves we would not take one into this lovely property. The entrance hall is small with a carpeted stairway & with the best will in the world it would be difficult to prevent muddy paws.

A beautiful loft, very cosy with everything we needed.

Perfectly located in the centre of Grassington.

Lovely furnishings, felt very cosy and everything you could need is provided

We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely like to visit again.

The standards of cleanliness were very high and the loft space felt very high end. It had everything we needed and was perfect for a weekend break with our dog. The owner was very helpful with advice on where to park and where to eat out. We really didn’t want to leave!

A return visit to lovely Lotties Loft.

A very cozy and comfortable cottage in the centre of Grassington with fabulous walks, great giftshops, tea rooms, pubs and restraunts on the doorstep. Our favourite walks include Grassington to Burnsall along the river including Linton falls, Grassington to Hebden including the Old School House tearooms, and walking through Grass Wood. Lotties Loft is ideally situated for visiting nearby towns of Skipton and Ilkley and the pretty village of Linton. Whether you are a walker or not, there is plenty to see and do in this area. Will definately stay here again soon.

This was our second visit to Lotties Loft, we love this small property, its always clean and very welcoming.

The location is fantastic but again we struggled with the parking situation. Looking forward to another visit soon

First class cottage with extra touches.

Beautiful clean cottage with every facility you could want, home from home and very well equipped. Lovely little touches a bottle of wine, face masks, cake and lovely Christmas decor. Great location in the heart of the village. Will definitely stay again and highly recommended.

We have stayed in Lottie's Loft before, and were pleased to see it had been given a major facelift and modernised.

The facilities are first class. We very much appreciated the festive gifts from the owner, and wish her a successful 2022.

This beautiful little place is just a peace of heaven.

So cosy and equipped with everything you’d need for a perfect break . If we could give a platinum rating ,we would . Thankyou x

Perfect little 'loft' for us!

Very comfortable and homely with some nice little touches, such as welcome wine and facemasks. Very clean. Prettily decorated. Ideal location for the village and easy access for walks etc. This was everything we wanted for our stay.

This is a perfect holiday .

Grassington is stunning and lotties loft is beautiful fabulous situation and everything you could need we have recommended both sykes and lotties loft to others

Had a fantastic stay at Lottie’s Loft.

Great location to base ourselves in for our holiday. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. Beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming, and very well equipped. Just what we needed to relax and unwind.

What a delightful gem hidden in the centre of Grassington with amenities to all the local pubs restaurants & shops.

good car parking facilities nearby. This modern fresh vibrant property with all its amenities will definitely get a revisit in the near future.

We had a lovely stay, excellent accommodation and the owner was very nice and helpful.

We would certainly stay again.

This is our second time staying at Lottie's Loft.

Another lovely stay.

Great location.

Very comfortable, clean apartment, although compact. Lacking in wardrobe and storage space - I kept my clothes in a suitcase for the week.

The flat has been refurbished since our last visit and is even better than before!

The decor and comfort is perfect. It has everything you need for a great holiday and communication with the owner is good for key access etc. Perfect location just a shame about the weather on this trip!

We had stayed here a few years ago so we knew Lottie's Loft already.

The recent refurbishment has been done well and the property fully lived up to our expectations. An ideal location in a lovely village.

The owner was very helpful when I had some minor things to sort out.

Lotties Loft is a lovely little place, compact but practical with great features and the perfect location.

Really comfortable accommodation, everything new and clean.

Very conscientious owner - had a moment of panic when couldn't work the ultra-modern cooker and she was actually going to travel up at 7.00 in the evening to help. Luckily I got the hang of it just in time. There is a very handy little "dressing room" where cases, boots, wet clothes etc can be stowed out of the way.

I can't recommend Lotties Loft enough it was perfect in every way , down to the smallest detail Cant wait to visit again Grassington was a beautiful village accommodation was right in the centre of the square

The photographs don’t do justice to this lovely apartment.

The high beamed ceilings make it really spacious (with remote controlled velux windows) as does the glass door to the outside space at the back. The stairs in are quite steep which may be a problem for some and parking isn’t easy but can usually be found at the very top of the village. You can load and unload at the door if this is the case. The central location is fantastic as there are numerous walks from the door and the fish and chip shop two doors down (limited opening hours) is very handy! I’d recommend this apartment without hesitation. I loved it!

Excellent well equipped appartment, right in the heart of Grassington.

Really made our stay enjoyable especially in such a dog friendly area in the Dales

Perfect location, lovely little apartment.

Lovely apartment in the heart of grassington.

The dressing room provided that additional storage space so you didn’t feel clustered. Beautifully decorated, everything you need in the kitchen

Super place everything you need is there fantastic spot to be when exploring grassington which is a beautiful village.

Fabulous walking from here could not be improved we will return

We had a great week at lotties loft.

The accommodation was really well kept and had everyone needed, even some face masks! Location was perfect for us, right in the centre of Grassington, so great access for some lovely walks. 3 pubs, a chip shop and an Indian takeaway gave enough variety to eat out every night!!

Great accommodation, ideally located to enjoy the delights of the Yorkshire Dales.

We have been using Sykes for many years now and never had a problem.

It was exactly what I was looking for.

Home from home. As someone who was until very recently shielding as a result of being on the 'extremely high risk' with respect to Covid-19 I wanted to stay somewhere which would enable me to be self-sufficient. Lottie's Loft more than delivered on that requirement. Thanks for a very carefully thought out accommodation which was absolutely spot on for me.

Have stayed at Lotties Loft a few time, the last time being 5 years ago.

The property has been refurbished since last there and was very good before but even better now. Position of property in the centre of Grassington is superb.

Recently refurbished this cottage was just perfect in every way and is centrally located.

Home from home springs to mind.

Lovely cottage, in a Great location, with great facilities, and home comforts.

used this cottage for 10 years always good and welcoming Christmas cake and wine on arrival thanks to mrs smallwood

Excellent location in the heart of Grassington.

Cosy apartment. Perfect for a weekend away. Very helpful and accommodating owner.

Our stay at Lotties loft was perfect and so well located in Grassington.

Very enjoyable!

Lovely cottage in a great location in the village, will return

Stayed in lotties loft several times now never disappoints always very comfortable and homely fantastic base to explore the dales pleasure to come back to the studio to relax afterwards very well furnished and equipped

Lovely cottage, great location with everything we needed.

We will certainly return!

Accommodation was lovely and cosey .

Parking a bit tricky and to stop outside and load/unload not really feasable as you block the road which could get you in bother.

Very good accommodation.

Comfortable bed, instant heating, lots of hot water, walks from the door, bus stop nearby. Only drawback is no parking and packing/unpacking car in narrow street outside and getting luggage up the stairs before traffic builds up behind. Take as few containers as possible (unfortunately, we had lots of carrier bags with boots, spare boots, last minutes bits and bobbins!). We'd definitely go again but be more organised. The chip shop next door (no smell) was excellent.

Lovely cottage, warm and cosy with comfortable furnishings in a fantastic location.

The owner had thought of everything from tea towels and washing up liquid to tea and coffee and soap. A lovely bottle of wine was left for us on arrival which was very thoughtful and much appreciated.

Amazing studio, great location with all the facilities on the door step.

Great location for an easy relaxing holiday..

USED THIS COTTAGE FOR MANY YEARS ALWAYS PERFECT

Great location in the centre of Grassington.

Nice and comfortable and a great base for walking and visiting in the area. Only drawback is lack of parking but easily solved by buying a weekly car park ticket which is also valid in many other car parks in Yorkshire. We will be back.

Was a nice cottage but the absence of parking was not highlighted and whilst not an issue for us , could be a problem for less mobile guests.

Property very well situated in Grassington, which is such a nice area for walking.

Superb presentation - rooms decorated nicely and clean. All arrangements went very smoothly. An excellent holiday.

Lovely apartment in a lovely village.

Nice, clean and everything that you really need. However I must feel I need to warn anyone who is infirm or disabled that the stairs up to the apartment are extremely steep and after a days walking were very difficult to climb. Didn't stop my enjoyment of the area though or the actual apartment once tucked up back inside.

Perfect base for a holiday, everything on the doorstep.

Lottie's Loft is very homely, beautifully set out and more spacious than expected. We loved it. The only thing to be aware of is, if like us you have a large elderly dog, the stairs proved to be a bit of a challenge for her.

Small touches missing eg toilet roll in tissue box, wobbly pan handle, greasy smell near bed, cupboards needed a clean.

cracked glass.Noisy mornings with either bins or beer barrels and late night music on Sat from local pub.Could be better.Very good situation for village and nicely decorated.Bright bathroom.

This was a real gem.

Perfectly placed and beautifully furnished . Everything you could think of was supplied. Very dog friendly town made it a real pleasure. Made to feel very welcome we intend to return

The studio cottage is beautiful and would highly recommend it, ideal location within the village, very comfortable and extremely well equipped.

An absolute pleasure staying here and we had a fantastic relaxing break. Thank you.

Once again another wonderful stay a Lottie's Loft.

Will definately be back soon.

The cottage is really clean and comfortable very cosy, cetral to local pubs.

We have already booked for next year.

Lottie's Loft is a lovely flat, and more than met our expectations.

There were Christmas decorations up, and the little gifts were a lovely touch. Everything worked well although the kitchen taps dripped a bit. A great place to stay for a walking holiday in lovely Wharfdale.

Once again a wonderful stay at Lotties Loft.

It has everthing we look for in a cottage and more. Would definately recommend.

The cottage was exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations.

Perfect location in a beautiful place.

Lovely cottage and area people very friendly will definitely be visiting again

Brilliant location and beautiful apartment, very clean and has everything you need.

Absolutely brilliant.

This is the second time we have stayed in Lotties Loft.

The loft is as described and as a bonus allows dogs ITS very comfortable, clean and easy to access Grassington and the many beautiful surrounding areas. Parking can be a problem, but that just expected in a charming place like Grasssington.

Great location, very comfortable.

Grassington is so pretty, and Lotties Loft is a delight.

Beautifully decorated and equipped to a high standard. Everything you need for a break away. Extremely comfy bed!! Would definitely recommend staying at this cute little studio.

Lovely apartment with a great location in the centre of Grassington.

The apartment had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. We would love to stay here again.
