    The cottage has a parking space with a place to sit outside.The bedrooms bathroom are well designed and good in size as is the lounge.Public foot paths within easy reach to explore the area and take your dog for walks . Would recommend Thimble cottage.

    "We had a wonderful holiday stay in the beautiful village of Haworth."

    The cottage was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for our group of 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 dogs. The location was perfect, with stunning scenery all around and plenty of lovely pubs within walking distance. A truly relaxing and memorable getaway for the whole family!

    Loved the huge super king size bed. Lovely touches including wine, chocolate, robes and slippers.. and or dog wasn't forgotten either with a huge fluffy dogbed and treats! Great location for the quaint (and steep) town of Haworth which has great pubs and eateries and fantastic walks

    "A beautiful cottage in a beautiful area."

    All the little touches on arrival were much appreciated. Shops, pubs and cafes in walking distance and we loved walking on the moors too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cottage. Owners were most welcoming and sent useful information beforehand. Can’t wait to return.

    "Thimble cottage was an amazing place."

    The price was very very reasonable. Any assistance required the owners would reply to any request. Location was superb. Parking is next to the door and out of the way of main road.     "This cottage is fantastic, although the kitchen is very small (this fact is not hidden) it literally has everything you may need for your stay ( washing up/ oil/ tinfoil etc) The quality of all the bed linen, towels and the complimentary bath robes and slippers are a lovely touch."

    The location is perfect with a parking space- which around Haworth is a massive bonus! We will definitely be back and the hosts could not do enough- whatever you needed, was sorted. Will definitely visit again.

    "We really enjoyed our stay in Thimble Cottage."

    It is in an excellent location at the top of Main Street but still quiet enough to hear the sheep in a nearby field! It is very well decorated with high quality bedding, towels etc. Very spacious bathroom with a really good shower. A slight negative for us was the very small kitchen with no worktop to prepare food but the space available has been well thought out and is still well equipped. Also the back of the sofa wasn't supportive enough for us (perhaps a sofa bed?) but the two armchairs were comfortable. However these minor things certainly didn't stop us enjoying our stay.

The kitchen is fully-equipped and complete with state-of-the-art appliances to ease your self-catered stay, and with a south-facing patio to take advantage of, bask in the Yorkshire sunshine whilst dining alfresco and planning your itinerary, ending with an evening tipple.

Travel upstairs to reach the king-size bedroom, complete with an indulgent roll-top bath for a spot of opulence , whilst a sleek shower room rests next door.

The small village of Haworth was home to the famous Bronte sisters, who were inspired by the surrounding moorland to pen their novels, which have become classics of English Literature. Haworth is a village that time almost forgot, with its myriad of curiosity and antique shops, alleyways and cobbled streets creating a wonderful period atmosphere, all set against a framing backdrop of countryside famously described in the novel Wuthering Heights as wild, rugged and barren. Nearby, the famous Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, an authentic steam railway brought to prominence in the film The Railway Children, provides a lovely day out with a regular service to the old village of Oxenhope. The area abounds with popular places to visit, including the Bronte Parsonage Museum, East Riddlesden Hall, and the National Railway Museum in York. The market town of Skipton, often fondly regarded as the Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, is just a short drive away, and also within reach are elegant Harrogate and vibrant Leeds and Manchester.
