What guests are saying
We stayed at Cunliffe House as 3 couples & two 19 year olds.
I loved it as soon as I arrived. It was cosy and welcoming everything we needed. Lovely welcome pack greeted us, we enjoyed all the amenities, the games room, Hot tub we will definitely be returning
AMAZING - we absolutely loved the house and the surrounding area .
A lovely welcoming basket went down with our older teens and fantastic to have milk and bread there too (as we forgot to bring them ) . The house is just so relaxing and set back surrounding by land . It is so spacious , and we all felt we could relax and enjoy our holiday . We woke up in the morning watching the rabbits playing , and in the evenings we saw some foxes and muntjacs and squirrels . Our younger family member (9) thoroughly enjoyed feeding grass and an apple to the Shetland ponies down the lane each day .The hot tub is fabulous , it was used every day and sometimes in the evening. We really did have an amazing time and our two dogs loved all the walking . One evening we picked some apples from the garden and some blackberries from bushes down the lanes and made a crumble - very nice . We went out and about in the local area and a little further afield into Leeds we also visited tropical world. We loved cosy evenings in , and lit a fire on one which was really nice. You have everything there in the house that you need for cooking and dining , and a dishwasher to clean it all
The property was perfect.
Tucked up a private lane giving the peace and tranquility we desired but only a short walk into the village and a short drive to Guiseley to access shops etc. The property was spotlessly clean, spacious and contained everything one required. The welcome hamper was a nice touch and enjoyed by the family. My only suggesstion is that Sykes staff have more knowledge of their properties as I asked about whether the property had a hairdryer and barbeque and was informed no for both but upon arrival both items were there. I would recommend this property and would certainly return
