After the initial shock of the drive up to the property we were pleasantly surprised, the silence was deafening.

The only neighbours we had were a couple of sheep, at 5 o’clock we had the rush hour which consisted of about 30 female pheasants and the odd squirrel. The house was unbelievable so much space everything you needed for a really good staycation. The beds were so comfortable as were the sofa, would we recommend it most definitely.

Clean and well maintained within the property.

Quiet location. The property and location where perfect for us. The only criticism is the rear of the property outside is overgrown and unwelcoming not somewhere to sit outside and relax. Just to note that the WiFi is very erratic if you need connection when on holiday. Made no difference to me.

Cottage was lovely and clean and in a great location for walking straight from the door and a short drive from pubs etc.

Lounge area a bit small for more than 2/3 adults and wifi not great.
