Sea La Vie

The accommodation is superb.

Everything of the highest quality including a welcome pack of goodies! The heating left a little to be desired as the heat pump did not reach the desired temperature. The radiator in the double bedroom did not work either. All in all though, a fabulous holiday and we would love to return.

Excellent property.

Very clean and tidy. Top quality appliances and fittings, and a car parking space. Stayed 7 nights, and would go back without hesitation. I only have 2 (very slight) negatives :- too many objects on window sills obstructing closing the blinds, and headrests preferable on the sofa for comfort. Both minor points, and in no way detrimental to our stay.

We loved this property and if it was t for the bed we would come back.

We slept on a waterproof sheet which was very sweaty and uncomfortable and als the duvet was way too hot. Sleep is the most important thing during the holiday and we didn’t get much. The rest of the property was lovely and very well equipped. Nice appliances in the kitchen and quality kitchenware. And the grounds surrounding the village are beautiful.

Really impressed with the accomodation.

The only addition I would have liked was a non slip bath mat for inside the bath

Lovely modern apartment with very good facilities.

Clean, great location for access into town with bus stop only a short walk away. Beds comfy & lots of little extras ( welcome pack, coffee machine, sky tv). Could do with fewer cushions in the bedrooms as they just got put on the floor. In the main bedroom, if the wardrobe & dressing table were swapped over it would give more space. Only minus is the shower in the bathroom. Water goes everywhere no matter what you do to control it. The water on the floor was constantly having to be soaked up with towels and the window sill wiped to remove the water. Maybe a full shower curtain or a bigger shower head would help? Would stay there again if the shower was sorted out.

We had a wonderful holiday and what a beautiful house to stay in. Quiet, Modern, clean with high quality appliances. The beds were comfy and we all slept very well.The only recommendation I could make is to maybe have fans available for the bedroom. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and I did not want to open the windows at night time. We cannot wait to book again next year. Set on Tregenna Estate we parked our car up and it was not needed. The property has an allocated parking space but ample parking available on the grounds. It takes about 25 minutes to walk into the centre of St Ives. The walk back does involve hills but was really pleasant. You could pay to use the facilities on site but we did not need to do this ( Tennis courts and indoor pool)

The property is modern, clean, very well equipped and in an excellent location allowing us to enjoy use of the outdoor Pool @ Tregenna Castle Resort and would give Sea La View 10/10.

We also felt that more detailed directions to the property once entering Tregenna Castle Resort would have been useful as Sea La Vie is amongst a number of properties and took us some time to locate being situated at the rear of the complex ***

Beautiful property in magical St Ives

Very well equipped and modern small house tucked away in a new development.

Easy to park. Balcony would be nice in better weather but view is of the side of another property so felt a little claustrophobic. There was no welcome information which made the hunt for the WiFi router password interesting necessitating a call to Carbis Bay Holidays, unfortunately the mobile signal is poor which made it difficult! Also information on how the heating worked would have been helpful! The bathroom is lovely and warm but unfortunately the bath is slow to drain and using the shower gets the floor very wet, useful therefore to have the underfloor heating! Being an upside down house the bedrooms are on the ground floor and therefore if you like an open window at night you do so at your own risk, the access path goes by the room and it's a big window!!

Lovely little house, such a wonderful last-minute find.

Obviously a new property which has been kitted out to a very high standard. It had everything you could possibly need and more. The position is good too so no issues with St Ives parking! Instead we used the bus which stops right outside Tregenna Resort.
