"Great caravan, very new and modern with everything we needed!"
Even Washing machine & iron! Beautiful views and perfect location. Only used the passes once as it was so nice with no real need to go out

"A fabulous staycation."
Accommodation was clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Having the private fishing peg overlooking the lake was beautiful. We also enjoyed seeing the military Typhoon jets training overhead. The owner was very obliging and the wine and chocolates were a delicious unexpected welcome treat.

"We had the best stay here."
Perfect location and lovely surroundings. The van was perfect, clean and cosy to stay in. I also noticed rd the maintenance men came twice daily to work on the hot tub. I will definitely be booking again and would recommend to friends and family. Thank you

"We had a great time, the weekend went too quick, lovely caravan on water ski lake with a great decking to sit on, and plenty of space for two cars, would certainly recommend it."
-
"Recently stayed at Water ski 13, views were outstanding, had everything we needed for our stay."
Would definitely return with the kids and their kids at some point as they would love it too. Already recommended to my brother and his fiance. Weather restricted us from sitting on the lovely decking area as much as we had liked as it was so windy but did not stop us relaxing and having a great time. Our dog loved the walks around the lake with us too. Didn't really use the entertainment but when we popped in to see what it entailed it looked amazing and know family will love a return visit

"Excellent caravan lovely views of the lake great location will definitely use again 5star"

"Lovely clean caravan with the most amazing view over the water ski lake."
We so enjoyed a long relaxing weekend here with our dog-and the fantastic weather made it even better. Bed is super comfy too. We chose this particular caravan as the hot-tub (which we thoroughly enjoyed using) was not on the actual decking-but beside the lake with a gate to it-which meant it was much safer for our dog. We also loved the local area-including Woodhall Spa, Tattershall Castle & Ostlers Plantation is a lovely safe forest area to take your dog. We can also recommend Agra Tandoori for a takeaway (they deliver to the main gate) & Chipmunks fish & chips (in Conningsby) was absolutely delicious.

"We had a lovely holiday at Tattershall Lakes, this caravan was clean and had everything you could need."
Good communication from the owner, hot tub was a bonus, which we made good use of despite the awful weather! I'm sure we will be back in the future.

"Great van and fantastic view of lake xx owner was wonderful from start to finish!"
Will be back xx
-
"Just back from a four night break in this lovely caravan, the views across the lake from the caravan are stunning and it is only a two minute walk to the amenities."
The hot tub is situated over looking the lake which was a lovely bonus and we really appreciated the wine and chocolates on arrival (thanks Dave). If you like to eat out there are some really nice pub/restaurants in Coningsby which is a five minute drive, we ate at the Leagate Inn which was really nice. There is a few nice pubs in Tattershall Village, we have older children and found a lovely pub called the Fortescue Arms for a few games of pool, there is also a dominoes in Tattershall Village (doesn't have great reviews online but we thought the food was 10/10) and a coop too which was really handy. We would definitely recommend this caravan if you are thinking of staying at Tattershall Lakes, it is clean, spacious and the beds were comfy too.

"The caravan felt warm and welcoming."
There was everything there we needed. The bedding was clean and fresh. Complimentary wine and chocolates was a lovely touch. The view from the balcony was the beautiful waterski lake. My husband and I enjoyed our family holiday away with our 2 granddaughters. David, the owner, is a friendly person and any problems were resolved immediately. On departure my granddaughter unfortunately left behind her bracelet and dog tag necklace that belonged to her Great Grandad. So a very sentimental piece. We hadn't realised this until 4 hours later. We phoned David for help. He liaised with the cleaning team immediately. So happy to say they had been found. Thank you David for all your help. Hope to see you next year.

"We’ve recently returned from a wonderful weeks stay at Tattershall Lakes and what w fabulous time we had!"
The caravan was lovely and spacious with everything we needed, the hot tub was perfect for watching the world go by and the activities on site kept our boys entertained for the week. David was great to deal with, very quick to respond to messages and made sure our stay was perfect in every way. Would highly recommend the fish and chip shop on site, Magic Wok Chinese takeaway in coningsby and the Leagate Inn pub in Coningsby. But book first as it’s busy! They were some of the nicest meals we’ve ever had and reasonably priced. The RAF base at Coningsby is also great to go and look at getting close to the typhoons and watching them take off and landing, very noisy but worth it and the Battle of Britain museum at Coningsby is highly recommended too! Thank you David for a wonderful stay would definitely look at booking again!
